Can't go wrong with Liam!
I recently traded in my Golf for a brand new one, and Liam made the entire process ridiculously smooth. He broke everything down in a way that actually made sense, which is impressive considering I usually need things explained to me like I’m assembling an IKEA bed-side table. Honestly, I’m convinced Liam could sell a car to someone who walked in looking for a sandwich, and they’d leave happy about it.
There was absolutely zero pressure at any stage. It felt less like dealing with a salesperson and more like having a very knowledgeable mate guide you through your options… if that mate happened to know everything about Volkswagens and had the patience of a saint when you ask the same question twice in three slightly different ways.
This is actually my second time going through Liam, after he helped me upgrade from a Polo to my previous Golf a few years ago. At this point, I’m half expecting him to help my family choose the hearse I rock up to my own funeral in... and somehow still get them a great deal on it.
And yes, it has to be said: Liam is a tall, gentle giant. I’m 6ft 1 and standing next to him made me feel like I still need to ask an adult before making any decisions. I felt so much like Lord Farquaad, that he offered me a booster seat to use on the test drive. Thankfully, instead of sending me off to fight a dragon, he sent me away with a great deal, a brand new car, and the faint feeling I should go home and measure myself again.
All jokes aside, the level of service is genuinely unmatched. If you’re going to VW Swansea, go to Liam. It’s about as close as you’ll get to actually enjoying the car-buying process without questioning your sanity afterwards.

As we were new to the T- Roc the…
As we were new to the T- Roc the details of the range were explained, and the test run was long enough to get the feel of the car.
I will need another run through of the gadgets when i am next in Swansea. The lack of a hand book doesn,t help, though I gather it is available on line if you can find it !

Brilliant from start to finish!
From the very start, I was made to feel like a valued customer. The sales person (Ahmed) was fantastic and had deep knowledge about all the VW products. I came with a list of features that I wanted, and he was able to quickly narrow down models that would suit my requirements. Communication throughout was fantastic, and Ahmed sent me useful videos every step of the way. He has assured me that he will be there for me post-sales and I feel that customer service will be brilliant going forward. Collection day was marvellous, and the handover was expertly done by Ahmed. Huge thanks to Ahmed and the team!!
