Myself and my wife called at audi…
Myself and my wife called at audi sinclairs and saw Alistair. He was not in the slightest "pushy" and very helpful and made us feel relaxed. He was patient and informative in all aspects of purchasing our vehicle. He answered all our questions and put our minds at rest and gave us his details for any further queries we might have in the future.

So welcoming & friendly
The staff are attentive & welcoming but not pushy. I felt relaxed & unpressurised throughout every meeting.
This is the 2nd car I've purchased from them & both times I felt I'd known the sales person for years as a friend.

Amazing experience
The experience with Audi Sinclair Swansea was brilliant from the get go, didn’t feel pressured or pounced on as I was looking for cars. When I wanted to speak to someone they were very hospitable and went above and beyond with their service offering comfortable seating and complimentary drinks while we spoke and waited. I’d had a very easy and smooth transition in buying the car and the quality is truly outstanding. It was brilliant for my first car purchase and i’ll definitely be back in a couple years for a new one.

To see the previous customers mocked and ridiculed when leaving with other members of staff, the car went in under warranty and asked if I would like a complimentary wash came ot worse than it went in shocking service waiting for reply and then going to corporate first then down size to this individual

Didn't like that no one came out while looking around the car lot but when I made inquiry via email quick to respond and arrange test drive then sales rep who sold me the car had good customer service
