THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Hi, I was sold a package over the phone and I requested a refund for it. I spent £700 and I have not heard back at all from this company.

Great staff, but over pushed sales pitches

This is an early days review, because I have a lot of treatments ahead of me to see a final outcome from laser and electrolysis treatments at the Manchester branch so this review is not based on any results but on the feeling and the staff.

So far all the self have been lovely and friendly and seem to being a great job but I feel they get greatly let down by higher management who seem to want every member of staff to try and sell you more appointments for other treatments every time you go, from in the treatment room to the front desk it’s always a sales pitch even know I say each time I’m not interested right now due to already having a lot of appointments booked in for a lot of money so can not afford any others.

It generally puts me off from recommending them to other people, or from being willing to book other treatments with them in the future for myself. What’s a shame because without the forced sales pitch I feel this would have been a 5 star review.

So I wish higher management would stop putting the focus on the staff to get more sales every appointment and to just let the staff focus on getting a great outcome from the treatment in a welcoming manner where you don’t feel you being put under pressure to buy other treatments and I feel like that in its self would bring in more sales once the time comes when the treatments you are already paying for our over.

HEAD OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL

Customer service shocking from head office !
Overpaid for a package due to error by receptionist which was acknowledged in branch ,they can't do refunds in branch was asked to email SUPPORT skinspaceuk email address to receive a partial refund ....quite a simple procedure you would think ...Over a month has passed...still NOTHING. Called another customer number I found online.... a lady answered who had no clue couldn't even give me a phone number wasn't Interested at all just kept calling me HUN ,absolutely clueless . Have re-emailed ,maybe I'll be waiting another month .....who knows !

Unprofessional customer service, poor communication but great at pressuring you into buying services and cancelling your appointment last minute 3 times

Therapists in clinic are fantastic at what they do and lovely! My stars are given to them.

Great at selling but not great at delivering.

Customer Service and response times are terribly slow and inadequate! I have been trying to resolve a customer service issue, 3 consecutive appointments cancelled and no refund! I have to chase responses on every email I send to the support team and also the Manchester clinic. I have now been in contact with a solicitor to resolve as not getting anywhere.

Still waiting on a refund for a cleansing kit I ordered in March which I didn’t receive

Scammed Out Of Pressure Call Tactics

After talking on the phone to a member of staff in June (now August) who said that on top of the funding I was recieving for future surgery and being convinced that further payment was required to pay for a process that I was told would help have better results in my surgery in the future, I felt pressured over the phone to pay £585 to Skinspace UK.

The morning after, I had realised after a call with my doctor that it was very much unnecessary of a payment that I shouldn't have been told would be needed, so naturally within 24 hours of the payment and of the call, I asked both support and customer services via. email as stated on their site and t&c's to claim a refund that way. This was followed up with an assuring email that I would get my refund.

However, this now 2 months ago and with endless, desperate emails, many of the first month and a half being understanding and calm from me, were getting ignored, and customer service calls being unhelpful and unwilling to pass me on to someone further and higher up or the finance team. I was told that the finance team couldn't be contacted directly by phone, despite the worker on the end of the phone saying she would call them to get them to follow it up, meaning that I felt lied to and unsure what I would do from there on out.

As of today, after countless emails to support without reply and not a word back about my refund of £585, I am left pocketless and feeling really scammed by them without any help being bothered to be offered to me further.

I recently came in regarding tattoo…

I recently came in regarding tattoo removal for myself and skin bleaching for my wife. We were assisted by Iesha and Alina, who were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made us feel very comfortable. Their professionalism and warm personalities really stood out. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend them!!

Lovely experience

Came into clinic with my sister to discuss aesthetics treatments. Very friendly service. Spoke with Iesha who was very knowledgeable and super helpful explaining and helping us understand different treatments. Look forward to returning next month. Impeccable customer service.

Worst experience

Worst experience, total waste of money and time. They charged £1000 for micro-needling and hydra facial and when I complained they mistreated me and left the room middle of the treatment and that was my last session and she said “if you don’t see the results then go away”, they were really unprofessional because of this behaviour i was shocked. She totally switched up after they got the money, at the start she committed for 1hr 30 mins for every session but finished in 15 mins. Dont waste your money here, this place needs to get shut down.

My mother has had a couple of laser hair removal sessions in Central Manchester that I booked for her, amazing service. Beth has been superb, she has been her technician since her first session and she made her feel very comfortable, every time since.
