Been using Skip Hire UK for a while now and always perfect communication, delivery etc and pricing really good

This is clearly a third person company. The operator was very rude when I pushed to find out why the skip had not turned up the time I had asked for it at AM. Claiming that asking go for AM is a suggestion which is utterly pointless. why ask what time I want it if you are not even going to try. Skip turned up at 4pm half the day gone.

When you call you are passed around and left to wait for a long time.

When my skip finally arrived it had a massive hole in the bottom.

When I booked online I booked a size 6 for the Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning to confirm it was coming. only to be told that they didn't have one for today and would I like to cancel or have it for tomorrow. 😒😒

The driver called to find my house and then asked exactly where I wanted the skip. He was really helpful and the skip is precisely where I wanted it. Speedy and efficient as well as friendly

I had a frustrating experience with Skip Hire UK’s website. Despite filling out the form multiple times, I couldn’t add any skips to my basket to place an order. The site is poorly designed and doesn’t work as it should, which made the whole process a waste of time. I’d look elsewhere for a more reliable service.

Paid for a skip... never showed up.. no contact details to get in touch with the company... never use again!

As per the previous reviewer we ordered a 4yard skip for £174. We have been e-mailed on the day of delivery to say that the price on the website is incorrect and need to pay an additional £60. The website today is showing the same price I paid originally. I was then told it was affecting certain postcodes so I put 5 different postcodes in from across the country and not one came up above £200.
So called manager Maria was very dismissive and talked over me offering no solution other than to pay up or be refunded.
Terrible service.

Paid for a 8 yard skip on Monday to get delivered on Friday. Contacted me on Thursday to say the website had a "glitch" and the skip would cost £100 more than stated. Tried to get through to customer services numerous times only to be put through to a voicemail.

Got a hold of them on Friday, if I paid the £100 I still wasn't guaranteed delivery of the skip that day. Cancelled this order and extremely upset as it left me with no time to find another skip.

The website is still showing the same price so if it's a glitch then why isn't it taken down and why did they take my payment on the Monday without confirming the error?

Total scam with terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!

Fab service, arrived on time and great price

Only received the skip this morning, but the person who delivered it was polite and asked where i would like it placed, ordering it was easy online, very happy and will definitely use the same company again

The skip i ordered was 12yd but the one i received was smaller and I didn't get an answered yet

Easy to arrange, dates to suit you, no phone calls. And, had 4 skips so far, all with discount codes, making it cheaper than other companies

Cheapest I could find. And all ok. Good customer service. Good to order day before plan as they tend to deliver afternoon. 2nd time I used them
