The update on Reel Rivals is very poor. It is difficult to navigate and feels really clunky compared to the previous version. Very disappointing!!

Sky Bet is the ultimate in shithousery! Never had a decent win on Casino in £1000s spent! Then when i did get a £1,500 win off a 60p spin, i had a £5 deposit limit on my account to prevent me from over spending! These scumbags allowed me to spend the lot with zero wins of course! Then when i complained about this self excluded me.

I have been locked out my sky bet and super 6 account, I went on customer service live chat, everything they said and did was very unhelpful and unprofessional, saying my date of birth was wrong when it isn't, I did everything they suggested nothing worked, then said they can't help me, went onto X they gave me same things, said couldn't help me and tried diverting me back to online chat, worst customer service i have ever had!

I didn't receive my reward for the week and when I queried it even though the company didn't agree they gave me the reward anyway because of my loyalty for which I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome

Skybet is by far the best site around always great service and great outcomes whenever needed

Used for a long time but getting worse you can no longer trust the inplay results because they’re often wrong and will not except any responsibility for it

This money grabbing useless site is crooked. It advertised money back if you horse finished 2nd 3rd or 4th. I opted in like it instructed me to do. The race was run and my horse finished 2nd. After about 4 hours of waiting for the money i had put on horse to come back into my account. Which it didn't. I contacted customer support. They then told me that as well as opting in i had to acknowledge some token. Which in my 20 odds years of doing the same bet id never had too do. There was no mention of the said token in the advert that made me place my bet. I wasn't aware of it because it had never been there in the previous 20 odd years that I had placed such a bet. This is typical of sky bet. Always moving the goalposts without telling you that they have or why they have done this. I can guarantee that I'm not the only person that this has happened to. So I'll write this in capitals AVOID SKY BET AT ALL COST.

I was due my stake money back following a horse racing promotion being offered by skybet. The money never arrived in my account. Even when produced with the evidence backing up my claim two separate agents claimed this was still being reviewed by the team. Horrendous customer service

Warning to Sky Bet customers: be very careful. I placed bets on a specific match, but Sky Bet displayed/associated the result of a different match involving the reserve teams. I raised the issue with Customer Service, but received repeated generic responses instead of a clear explanation. I have screenshots proving what was displayed on my bet slip. Don not bet with them.
