Skybet have basically robbed me of £5, they ran a promotion offering money back as cash and over complicate the process so they can deny the refund, dire customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service from Sky Bet.

This wasn't even a bet I built myself. It was an in-play Price Boost specifically offered and promoted by Sky Bet: Mbappé to have 5 shots on target and 3 fouls won.

Before half-time, Sky Bet’s own live statistics were showing Mbappé already had 4 shots on target. So when Sky Bet offered me this Price Boost, their own information suggested he needed just one more shot on target.

Then, after half-time, Mbappé won his 3rd foul, completing that part of the bet. It was only afterwards that I noticed his shots-on-target total had suddenly been reduced from 4 to 3. Had Sky Bet shown 3 when they offered me the Price Boost, meaning he actually needed another two shots on target, I would never have placed the bet.

What makes this even worse is that my partner had the same issue on her account. She contacted Sky Bet after full-time and her stake was refunded.

I contacted Sky Bet while the match was still ongoing. Khaja kept me on chat for around an hour without resolving anything. I then spoke to Snigdha, who refused to give me the same resolution my partner received. Her tone was also unnecessarily unpleasant, as though dealing with my complaint was doing me a favour.

So Sky Bet can offer customers their own in-play Price Boost, display statistics that directly influence how achievable that boost appears, subsequently revise those statistics, and then give two different resolutions to customers affected by the same issue?

I'm not complaining simply because a bet lost. Sky Bet offered the Price Boost, Sky Bet displayed Mbappé on 4 shots on target when I placed it, and I relied on that information. If it had shown 3, I would not have placed the bet.

The fact that my partner complained after the game and received a refund, while I raised the issue during the game and was refused, makes the inconsistency even more frustrating.

Extremely poor and inconsistent customer service. Khaja wasted an hour of my time without properly resolving the issue, and Snigdha's attitude and handling of the complaint only made the experience worse.

Very unprofessional, banned from promotions purely for winning a few bets, only interested in customers who feed their profits.

Shocking. Cash out feature will be unavailable to you when your bet looks as though it is starting to go in your favour. The option to cash out was replaced with a "cash out updating due to a live event". Obviously, we can expect this response following significant on field developments but, we were unable to cash out for nearly 30 minutes!

We got onto Skybet and explained what had happened, sent the screenshots showing the cash out unavailability, how we felt aggrieved at how we couldn't fully enjoy the feature. We received a legally binding beautifully worded excuse as to why they are well within their rites to remove the cash out feature as and when they see fit.

Enough said then I suppose. Il carry on using Paddy Power and William Hill

I haven't been able to get on the app all week, I love betting on the ebor meeting at York and everyday it's saying its not you it's us the app has crashed. Tried uninstalling and installing still no joy. Very disappointed 😞

Some of the admin around verification and resetting was clunky and time-consuming. But the level of customer service delivered by the Live Chat team was excellent.

The update on Reel Rivals is very poor. It is difficult to navigate and feels really clunky compared to the previous version. Very disappointing!!
