I've never seen anything like this in over 50 years of Gambling.Open Show on a Horse Racing Market.Bet 365 had a horse at 11 10 Fav Sky bet had the same horse at 9 4.In the same race.Opening Show again.Sky Bet had a horse at 2 1 fav Bet 365 had the same horse at 5 1.I Reported this Betting Behaviour to the Gambling Commissioner.Who just basically said nothing and would not look into this.Im sorry but in my book.this type of Market is very Suspicious.

Caught this lot blatantly cheating discusting site Avoid cost me a big loss to eventually collect the proof they where cheating..AVOID !!..AVOID.!!..

RTP on slots now 92% its a disgrace. Do not use there slots you will lose so much so quickly. The betting on sports is also bad. Very poor

There is numerous problems with this betting company. Where do I even start.

Football: They suspend your bet for the whole length of a game if you have multi acca running and its winning. You will get a greyed out cash out saying "unable to cash out do to live event"
You go on the event they have suspended on your bet and they are still taking bets for that selection but your bet placed is unable to cash out for a single penny.
WRONG SCORES- There has been times ive clicked on a game and the correct score isnt showing but they are still taking bets and showing an inaccurate score line.

There has also been times ive seen the whole information wrong and it shows goal scorers from another game on the wrong team info for a different selection.

Build a bets are very similar. They are also very rare to get a cash out available. Normally suspend your bet until the 90th minute then you can cash out from a £50 bet for 25p.

They dont help customers win money they help customers lose money. I know its a business and the bookmaker wins 90% of the time but when we are winning they remove our ability to cash out.

Ive now stopped using them for football.

Horses: no time delay warnings given to customers so can be frustrating when you place a bet on a horse only to find out the racecourse is an hour behind but sky bet will not tell you of any delays to races from their selections.

After placed bets are settled many of my bets have never been given information of the actual race or finishing positions after it ends. You just see a lost icon in red next to your bet. No information is given to you and you are unable to view the finished places or the winner.

Lacks viewing feeds for horse races. Many events sky take bets on you arent even able to watch the horse you bet on. Because they dont have any option to stream the race.
Other bookmakers like bet 365 I can watch every race I place a bet on sky is not like this. So stopped using them for horses.

Before they messed up the update you could click on anything of any sport and it would tell you who was showing it and what time. Now there is nothing when you click on selections to say where you can watch it.

This feature was good its now its none existent.

Snooker: very hard to place bets once a game has started. Basically as soon as a frame starts you are knackered. Unless you bet for outright winner. This in my opinion takes far too long so
I like to bet on each frame victory.

We all know the first few shots in snooker is all about playing safe so no need to suspend all bets just as a frame is about to begin. Its stupid.
Also lacks viewing feeds on certain snooker competitions.

Tennis: im sick to death of placing bets on tennis events advertised as IN PLAY, when a tennis game is suspended for darkness or rain they very rarely tell you the game is suspended until the following day. So you place a bet on whats advertised as (in play) then you go to view the event nothing available to watch.

I then have to google the event to find out more accurate information because skybet do not tell the customers and will still take bets on an event that is suspended until the day after.

Say i place a bet on a tennis event for £20 i click the event advertised as (in play) But nothing is in play, so I go to my bets, the cash out has significantly dropped even though there is no event at all in play.

They are happily taking money for suspended events and not even offering your cash back out less than 30 seconds after placing the bet.

A £20 bet will only let you cash out £15 shortly after. They take money knowing the event is suspended and dont offer it you back as a cash out immediately after. I think that is wrong on many levels.

Now I will discuss my issues with the app. Firstly a year or two ago sky was the best betting platform on the planet to me. When they updated to a newer platform they really messed it up and i hated the layout and the changes made.

Lately the app has been horrendous.
Its constantly freezing and cashouts are showing dodgy. Sometimes I get a green cash out bar but its completely blank with no values in it.

I then have to force close the app and reopen it to view the cashout value. This is a problem. If your app is causing customers to force close during all cashout opportunities then you are stealing from customers in my opinion.

Your faults are costing customers money literally.

I noticed on playstore app that skybet only respond to people who give them 5 star reviews and dont want to listen to the bad points that need fixing drastically.

Betting is supposed to be a fun experience. How can you have fun with a faulty app and sky being unfaithful to customers.

I have used sky bet since I was 18 I am now 36. The issues recently have absolutely irritated me and I will share my voice on how poor this company has become.

After cancelling my account because promises by customer service tat they were " sorting the placepot issues" My wifes account was also cancelled .. . ..So .. if one person cancels ..this means everyone at the same address account is canceled.. Talking to customer suportie peeing against the wind.. Tr site is a shambles since covid .. poor graphics. No placeots....cash outs suspended for half a football game wrong scoreline in play .. they had one team winning 1-0 when it really was 1-2.. no results or Sp s after a race .. race over means... race over If you are visas impaired you have no chace of reading the faded print of horse form. Whoever took Skybet over hasn't got a clue.

Gambling got a little addictive in my past so I self excluded myself until I got things back under control and today was the day I decided to rejoin so spoke to Andrew about removing my self exclusion and he was great really friendly and helpful and didn't feel judge or anything. Actually felt like I was just talking to a friend ☺️

I had an issue with a SKYPOKER ticket that I hadn't (knowingly) used. It took a while but Customer Services were GREAT, and accepted the fact I hadn't played the tournament, and they re-issued the Sunday Major ticket to me.
I don't get the chance to play the biggest weekly Poker tournament very often, because it's way above my Budget...... and having WON a ticket to it, I was horrified to see it had been used, without my knowledge. So to be given the ticket back as a Goodwill gesture, was very kind of SKYPOKER and SKYBET Gaming.

Sky bets are happy to grab your money , I had a issue with a bet and they settled me the wrong amount. When I speak out they suspended my account .

AVOID - Top scammers. They don't pay out when you win, they're looking for any loophole possible in order to keep your funds. If you close an account, even years ago, if you try to start back up it won't let you. Customer service is disgusting

Min payout 500000£ min bet 5p place an accumulator that's over the payout max and it won't take bet , just says to adjust bet, it's sky loss has not bothered with them since they changed hands and updated everything or should that be downgraded.
Customer service are also a waste of space.
