Had my account closed after 15 years for no reason no explanation. Did nothing wrong .bang out of order dont use this site they will treat u like a thief if u win .gaming is now terrible too u will be lucky to win £4 on a bonus on fruit machine. With 20p a spin . There r much better sites that treat u right stay away u have been warned.

Worst Service
I tried to reactivate my account. the person did it wrong and had to go through the process again the next day and then had to wait another 24 hours to have access. I raised a complaint and the complaints team closed my account on points that i never raised. They refused to reopen the complaint. IBAS cannot deal with customer service issues. So am taking it to the gambling commission

Great betting site couldn’t withdraw due to an old card being still on the app and they helped delete the card snd then I was able to withdraw and eranti was really nice and was very patient with me as I was getting abit skeptical but great app
