Don’t log complaints when you highlight issues with bonus pay outs etc. Even checked with advisor beforehand that bet was valid and bonus still not honoured. Poor service.

I had a problem with the cash out…
I had a problem with the cash out section of the bet. The bot wasn't great but when I got put through to Simon the advisor, he was great and extremely helpful,
Gave me some good advice, was friendly and polite and also pointed out that I had a free bet available, that I was unaware of. Simon is a great credit to sky bet.*****

You question if anyone every won money on the freespins wheel and they suspend your account until your ring the "safer gambling" number after months of gambling??the phone number then is in UK not a free call number a joke of a betting site honestly. 10/09/26 Now I've been asked for more details or my review will be taken down?? Withdrawal pending query
Raquel answered my withdrawal query clearly, politely and pretty much instantly. Unlike some sites all it took was one question and one answer, a refreshing change from the normal nightmare of trying to sort out an issue. I think she deserves a pay rise too 💪

Unfair, cash out “updating”
SkyBet adapt their policies and rules to work against the customer. They are extremely quick to reduce cash out based on live sport, but when it suits the customer, they keep the cash out option as “Cash Out updating” - this status was the same for over 6 minutes during the 1st half of Man Utd v Ipswich yesterday. This is a common theme, and is totally unfair. It’s manipulation of betting rules. I would 100% avoid as they will do everything they can to stop you winning any returns.
