We got in contact with Mark Slade of Slade property collective after having issues with a corporate estate agent when trying to sell our property in Castlecroft, Wolverhampton. After meeting Mark we knew he was the man for the job! Mark offered a real personal touch with much better photos & a lovely write up about our property plus the eye catching sign on our driveway! After having a negative experience with another estate agent Mark explained everything and ensured we fully understand all details about the sale. We had so many viewings and more offers with Mark which led to a much speedier sale than we expected at a sale price we were happy with. I can’t recommend Mark Slade at the Slade Propety collective enough. Mark has kept in touch with me and has provided me with a 5 star service. He has been honest and compassionate to the circumstances in which I’ve had to sell my house. Finally sold !

Olly came to value my property and within 2 weeks it was listed and sold!
Slade property collective focus on a person centred experience and they defiantly delivered this! I felt like I was Olly’s only customer (even though I know he’s a busy man!), nothing was too much and no question was ever too silly for him.
My property was in the Compton area of Wolverhampton.

I couldn't recommend Slade Property enough. From the first encounter, Oliver was professional, approachable and gave valuable advice.
