From the first time you meet Oliver and Mark they bring energy and enthusiasm to help you sell your house.
Oliver gave us lots of support and help in the early stages of the sale, setting a realistic asking price, photos / viewings bringing an expertise which helped us show the house in a way that helped buyers see the properties maximum potential.
Oliver is an excellent communicator which helped enormously. Oliver always made time to take calls or call us back meaning we always felt informed throughout the process allowing us to make informed decisions.
Oliver and Mark approached the sale in a way where they see the bigger picture and recognise that while they were working for as my agent a wholistic view of the sale includes recognising the buyers needs. In my experience this set them apart from other agents.

Great, speedy service.
Mark oversaw the sale of my late Father's home, an emotional time for myself, but Mark handled everything with care and thought.
Mark was thorough, took great photos and sold the property within 6 days for pretty much the asking price.

The best estate agent going, couldn’t be happier with our experience..
We tried to sell our property with another online estate agent who were useless and made us feel uneasy about the whole process.

We asked Mark to sell our property as we had been with a large estate agent for 12 months with no success. Their service was everything promised and nothing delivered.
