Rooms are horrible poor reservation service

They did not honor the reservations that was requested. The air-conditioned like urine, coming out of it.
And they charge an additional fee
And try to tell me that you can't make reservation online even after I showed them the confirmation number they didn't honor any of that

Incorrect Booking Dates

Incorrect Booking Dates: I booked for Dec 30th-31st, but the confirmation defaulted to Dec 2nd-3rd.
Fix Attempts Failed: I immediately tried to fix it online but encountered a scam phone number and a loop between Sleep Inn and Expedia customer service.
Financial Hardship: As a 78-year-old reliant on social security, I cannot afford to pay for a room I never used.
Outcome: I am forced to cover the cost of a new room and will never use your service again. I plan to share my experience widely and let others know what a scam this site is.

Sleep Inn is a great choice .

Sleep in on Shadeland Ave is the best hotel I've stayed at in indianapolis. We checked in a few weeks ago with no issues. The beds are comfortable rooms are clean and the housekeepers gets started cleaning at checkout . The breakfast here is great. They provide a wide variety of items. Eggs, sausage, or bacon, waffles, Cereal, fresh fruit, juice, and more The day time lady here are very nice and is always willing to help when you need anythjng she's respectful when speaking with you and is there to help in any way. The night guy is the same. He does the breakfast. The hotel is clean and Noone bothered us . And the manager is a great guy helped me with a good rate for staying long term..Best of all. The staff here is there to help in anyway. So the sleep in on Shadeland and I 70 in indianapolis is where you want to stay If you need a room while intown. You will be very happy with your stay..

I spent 3 days at hotel total

I spent 3 days at hotel total. They rec cash at front desk. I was not asking my choice membership #. Not only was I price hiked $100. They didn't even count my stay points charges ran up to almost $600. I ask why my choice points are not tracked in the system they told me .....call Choice Hotels! I ask can I rec points for my two day stay they said No. What?

It feel like someone watching me 🎶

Do not go to the one in 30 Falling Spring Rd, Bldg A, Chambersburg, PA 17202. We were so thrilled by this surprise that we asked to switch rooms, and were generously upgraded to room 111. There, the excitement continued! Our new room featured a 24/7 door-knocking service and the soothing sound of slamming exit doors right next to us. Who needs sleep when you’ve got all that action going on? The room also came with some fun challenges – no TV, no towels, and a surprise pet-friendly designation, which was extra convenient since we didn’t bring a pet!

The highlight of our stay? Twice during the night, we got the thrill of someone trying to join our slumber party by attempting to open the door. Good thing I jammed it shut!

As for the night staff? They were so dedicated, they even live on-site! Talk about commitment. So, if you’re looking for a stay that keeps you on your toes, this is the spot for you. Just a tip: bring an extra lock, leave valuables at home, and don’t count on that “Do Not Disturb” sign – they’ll knock anyway! Enjoy!

We stayed at Sleep Inn in Hurricane WV
It was the best hotel stay we have ever had. Front desk staff were professional, friendly and informative. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and clean. Wonderful shower.
Breakfast was awesome, the lady made sure everything was fully stocked and kept the counters and tables wiped clean.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was double booked

Room was double booked. Two men walked in on my wife, while everyone else was at the pool. Had they been inebriated or had bad intentions things could have gone wrong very quickly. Management didn't care and dismissed the issue. Sleep inn N classen Cir OKC OK. Will never stay at another sleep inn or any of its affiliated companies. If you care about your privacy and safety think twice before choosing to utilize this company.

stay at Sleep Inn Erie Pa.leInn…

I had recently stayed at the Sleep Inn Erie Pa.
The hotel has just been recently updated and they did a fantastic job.
The rooms are not big bur they ate clean and fresh Snelling.
The hotel manager,Nish,is great and can't do enough for his guests.
He truly wants to make sure that you are happy
I travel through Erie Pa a lot and am going to make this a regular stop.

False, Deceptive and Misleading Price Advertising, Hotel Clean Quality & Views

This place is a DUMP! They use false, misleading and decptive advertising to promote their hotel. They target tourist and visitors by using certain photos that appear to show that the hotel is clean, with comfortable rooms, no smoking allowed but it's all false. The rooms are old , dated and smell horribly, the carpet smells, the internet doesn't work properly each time you log on, they claim their hotel is affordable, it's not. It's actually higher than Marriott, and Hilton. Rooms are small and tight, balcony view does not mean beach front view. Its very misleading. I do not recommend this overprice dump of a hotel, it's more of a motel than hotel. Choosing this hotel will surely disappoint you. Be mindful of daily room price increases without notice.

the evening clerk was very friendly and helpful, the room was ok, pillows smelled, the lights in the bathroom went out and in the outer sink which is seperate the light went out was out as well. so we showered in the dark in the morning. when i went to check out, i was going to tell the morning clerk she told me i needed to hit the back up button, which as we all know wont turn on lights just the plugs. wasnt going to argue she was extremely rude and i could have been since we had a 5 month old. but i left wont do that place again.

SEPT./2021RUN FROM THIS PLACE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MOLLY WHO IS THE ASSISTANT MANAGER SHOULD NOT BE IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS. SHE MADE A BAD SITUATION WORSE. What happened to doing what is RIGHT for the customer. All she had to say was OMG I am so sorry, let me fix it. But instead, she argued, lied and made excuses for all that was wrong and let me tell there NOTHING RIGHT! At one point I had to ask her to stop interrupting me so I could finish my sentence. MOLLY should be fired. Dirty walls, used lotion bottle, broken elevator. Which is against ADA regulations. I was able to enter my room WITHOUT the room key card, which is extremely unsafe. Hotel guests yelling and repeated door slamming at around 4:45am and than again at 6:00 AM. The fire alarm went off during the day; and after 15 -20 minutes of all the hotel guests standing out front and not knowing what was going on I CALLED 911 (the hotel employees never called (911) and a FIRETRUCK was DISPATCHED. When it was safe to go back in to the hotel I asked what happened I was told by an employee that someone turned on the heater and all the DIRT and DEBRIS FROM THE AIR FILTER was the cause of the fire alarm going off. THAT RIGHT THERE TELLS YOU HOW DIRTY this place is during the time of COVID. That is just some of the things that happened. P L E A S E SEE PHOTOS ON GOOGLE

i love his place it is a relly good hotel. the pool is nice the rooms are nice the cusumer suervise is very nice

NOT worth your time nor money

Sleep Inn Midway Airport 6650 S Cicero Ave Bedford Park, IL. 60638 773-594-0001. This location is POORLY managed. There was a truck parked outside my window all night running\idling. Notified staff and NOTHING was done but still charged for a sh**ty uncomfortable stay. Filing a corporate complaint. I will NEVER stay at this location again
