Lovely people to deal with and they make you feel special, top quality products and very keen prices. I purchased two sets of Bi-Folding doors and which were supplied and fitted ahead the the estimated time. I must say I am very pleased with the service I have received.

Quality fantastic and look great. Neighbour has had the bifold that we have had for five years which have been faultless. As he is an engineer we went with his recommendation! Look great as well...

I have just had my Schuco bifold doors fitted by Slideorfold and I would like to thank the business for the way they dealt with me, from start to Finnish a really top job I ordered the doors online then I spoke to Natasha who went through my order with me and guided me to the right doors for me at less cost than i had initially ordered ! due to the pandemic my builders had to delay my extension Natasha and Alun were brilliant it’s taken about 5 or 6 months to be able to have the doors installed and they are superb the lads who came fitted them in no time and were decent people like I said at the start a top job thanks very much I would definitely recommend this company 5 stars

Really happy with windows and glazed door from Raenaers. Alun was really helpful with specifications for the product. Fitters were really good and really knew the product. We had a small issue with door handle which was fixed in good time.
The price was the most competitive I could find for the products. All in all great product and service.

Would definitely use again.

Enrich Construction Ltd., are working on a show-home project in London and we were referred to SlideorFold and we were not let down. The project consists of big windows and a large bi-folding door and SlideorFold helped through the project. Natasha and Alun have been our key points of contact through-out and have always been very pragmatic in their approach. We had to go through an iteration of change and they were very supportive of the corresponding changes it warranted and helped us make the right decisions. Measuring and fitting has been fairly hassle-free process.

I will recommend Natasha and Alun highly and will certainly pass referral on.

We are delighted with our bi-fold doors. Great quality and look fantastic. Slideorfold were great to deal with and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I ordered some bi-folds in March, just before the first lockdown. Phoned up in a panic when it was announced that we would all be forced to close. The team pulled out all of the stops to get the doors to me the day before it kicked in. Fantastic! I was so relieved. Couldn’t ask for more. Quality is always spot on and they have always been there to answer any of my questions. Many thanks :-)

Really happy with the service from start to finish. The Schuco product is great and the fitters were excellent. I was nervous about them having to travel all the way to Devon, but they took it in their stride. Natasha was on the ball and very helpful.

It was an absolute pleasure to be working with Slideorfold, from the very start to completion of Phase 1 of our window installation. Natasha and Alun were both a pleasure to work with and extremely patient with our multiple questions and queries.
We look forward to working with them to complete the next phase of works / window installation.

Contacted Slide or Fold when looking for new doors and spoke with Natasha who helped with choosing the best product for me.

From the beginning felt like a valued customer with the way my questions where promptly and professionally answered.

At no time did I feel like I was been pressured into a sale but instead being sold what suited me.

Andy the surveyor discussed the different options in regards to different openings and how the doors would fit flush with internal floor level and these details in my case were paramount on getting the finish I desired.

Just fitted my bespoke triple slide doors with internal blinds which was very straight forward. Everything fitted perfectly and they look amazing. Even better than I expected.
I cant fault the quality or fittings.
The delivery driver called me an hour before delivery and was very helpful with carrying the parts to the back of the house.
Everything was well wrapped and marked.
Although its early days I have no hesitation in recommending Slideorfold. Buy with confidence.

We decided to go with Slide Or Fold after contacting several online companies for quotes and ideas regarding our 2 x 4 meter wide 2-panel sliding doors (+ several other smaller windows and a double glazed back door).
Several companies never bothered getting back to us. Some took 2 weeks or more to respond. Quotes varied between £12k and up to £35k for materials and installation.
Natasha from Slide or Fold generally responded on the same day, often within hours or minutes of sending yet another email with another pesky question.
In the end Slide or Fold won the work because of price and responsiveness to queries. Several online reviews included comments that confirmed our experience so far.
We've now had our windows close to a year and one of the double glazed units of one of the sliding door had failed recently - condensation was appearing in the evening when temperatures dropped. I sent an email to Natasha who then asked for a picture (both to confirm and to find out which panel was affected). No further questions asked - they provided a date for coming over to replace the unit. It has now been replaced which prompted me to leave this review. It's how companies deal with issues that defines them.
There were a few other hiccups along the way, but nothing that wasn't sorted in the by Slide Or Fold. Van broke down on way to our home, a second visit was required to finish a few things.
This is a good company with decent people making an honest living. I'm happy to recommend them here.
