Slimchickens Opiniones

Excellent first visit, with fantastic customer service!

Visited Slim Chickens at Merry Hill for the first time and had a really positive experience, particularly thanks to Maher and Chloe.

Both were extremely friendly, polite and professional from the moment I arrived. As it was my first visit, I wasn't entirely sure what to order, but they happily talked me through the options and offered helpful suggestions without making me feel rushed.

It's always refreshing to come across staff who are genuinely welcoming, approachable and willing to take the time to help customers.

Maher and Chloe are a real credit to the team and certainly made a great first impression. Excellent customer service and a very positive introduction to Slim Chickens. Thank you both!

very nice food, good service

Great service by Abhi in the Highcross Leicester branch. Delicious food and great service, Thank you!

The waiter, surya was very polite and helpful when I needed 2 refillable cups

Chicken is the worst Ive ever had at an establishment that literally only sells chicken! I echo what others have said, the chicken is chewy with very little flavour and the quality of chicken being used is clearly bottom of the barrell. 1st and last time trying it !

Order wrong and took 40 mins

Very good service

Love slim chickens. The best!!!

Fast service and good food

Good service & a spotless restaurant combined with good food with friendly, helpful staff. We have never been to Slimchickens before and were impressed with the experience we had. Food was piping hot and very tasty. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Really nice food and costumer service

Slim chickens Belfast chicken didn’t seem thoroughly cooked, short wait period was a bonus but that smell of the restaurant is horrid, also drinks machine needs a deep clean all drinks tasted old and weren’t mixed well. Staff were pleasant which is more than I expected considering the conditions of the place.

Slimchickens, where the weediest chickens go to be cooked.

£21 bought me three abysmal looking reheated, lightly battered chicken-like tenders. It was chewy and bland.
About 10 fries and, strangely enough, half a slice of greesey week old bread.
Along with similarly disappointing kids meal.

The whole meal was probably worth a fiver at best.

Very expensive, very naff food served by people with as much personality as their food has taste. That is tonsay, none.

Save this months mortgage and go to KFC. Unless you're lucky enough to have a popeyes nearby.

First time here!
Not happy , food luke warm, fries had to be sent back.
Then the staff forgot to bring replacements!!!
Basically not worth the money
Avoid

First time visiting slim chickens in edge lane food was amazing and the service of the staff was fantastic especially Liz , will return !

Is fantastic usually fast food in Thomasvill is so bad every thing is disgusting so slow and everyone does give a hoot here? It’s the complete opposite they’re exited to see you always making sure you have everything and treat you like family getting to first name basis I give a 100 stars if I could

Reece is a brilliant worker. Food is very good.
