AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TERRIBLE

Hands down the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Their games never win, you go 20 to 30 spins at times without a single return and when you ask for self exclusion they ignore your requests for multiple days. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. They dont care about your well being and when you attempt to chat them for help they tell you to email and wait and then block you from accessing chat. Completely negligent and appalling service.

Makes promises they dont fulfill.
They dont read anything you says just respond to keywords they skim. Apparently there is only one magical person who can resolve issues but they are never available. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience – no response and false promises

I’ve had a very bad experience with SlotsGallery Casino.
I sent an email over a week ago regarding my account limit, and I still haven’t received any reply at all. I also contacted their live support, who promised the limit would be removed within 24 hours – nothing happened.

I even provided a screenshot of my original email as proof, yet they completely ignored it.
I also asked them to delete my account, but they refused, insisting that I should send another email about the same issue. I already did my part, and I’m not doing it again.
DONT USE MONEY HERE
