This online casino is a scam. I have provided numerous proof of payment including screenshots including account info, name and the exact deposit (with confirmation number) in order to withdraw.
They keep declining these documents and on my last attempt required the following to be on the same screenshot:
Account number, name AND email address! I don't think there is a bank that displays all of this in one screen. I am unable to withdraw my winnings.
I believe they try to make you jump through hoops so that you will get so frustrated that you end up just playing it off.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe in keinem anderen Casino so eine schlechte RTP erlebt, Gewinne sind hier fast unmöglich. Wahrscheinlich gibt es deswegen fast täglich Bonus Angebote, weil man eh nicht gewinnen kann. Verifizierung genauso eine Katastrophe, aktueller Kontoauszug wo Adresse und Austellungsdatum deutlich sichtbar ist, wird ständig abgelehnt. Bei Nachfrage bekommt man immer die gleiche automatisierte Antwort. Von mir gibt es kein Cent mehr, gibt genug bessere seriöse Casinos.

Habe hier noch nie was richtiges bzw was von Wert gewonnen . Seitdem in Deutschland die Klagen angefangen haben und pragmatic seine Slots sweet bonanza sowie Gates of Olympus auf 8 anstelle von 7 gleichen Symbolen, zum auslösen des tumble Features, umgestellt hat ist der Spaß vorbei . Vor 2 Jahren hatte ich pro Monat und Casino zumindest 1 Gewinn über 500€ . Doch seitdem ist es 1Gewinnn im Quartal und auch nicht jedes Casino . Dieses aber noch niemals bei mir .
