We moved to a new build and decided to have a snagging survey to be completed. Rory contacted us the day before the appointment to confirm all the details. He arrived on time and verbally told us his process. Very polite and respectful. He then went about his business in a professional manner and was explaining any issues along the way! We are extremely grateful for the report that arrived 24 hours later with pictures and details of the snags - this will the be given to the builders to rectify.

Very professional service and reasonable for the cost. The surveyor was on site for four hours and the extremely detailed snagging report was provided within 48 hours, which will be be very helpful when we try to get our issues addressed by the developer. A really 1st Class service from start to finish. Without a doubt we would never have found the snags that Stuart found. He has had years of experience and it showed, when he explained the unfinished items in our new house. All the snags he found were genuine and could have easily been missed by the builders. Well worth the money and it will pay itself back tenfold in reduced heating bills alone.

It can be quite difficult to find a reliable service that offers efficient time booking, reasonable prices, high quality, and accountability. Moving into a new build can be stressful, and the last thing you want to worry about is such matters. However, PSC proved to be professional from the beginning to the end, and we had no issues at all. We received our report in just 48 hours, and we are super happy with their service.

To start with, the booking through their website is easy and I got a confirmed date straightaway. This is important to me as I made the booking rather close to my house completion date, and need certainty that the snagging inspection could be conducted shortly after.

My inspector was Mr Shannon Hughes. We are very impressed by his professional inspection, which is very complete, meticulous, and with attention to fine details. Mr Hughes is sincere, and explained to us what are the more important items that must be taken care of. We got the snagging report (with some 40 pages) the next day with clear description of items identified, each illustrated by a photo. Overall we are very satisfied with this experience and will use the service of this company again should we have future needs.

Couldn’t be more pleased about booking with this company. Sarah in the office is really lovely and helpful. I had to rearrange the date and it was no bother. My inspector Rory was also very knowledgeable and the report he produced was detailed. The builders are already sorting stuff out.
