The product it's self is amazing and exactly what I wanted, the delivery time frame advertised on the website couldn't of been further from that. I ordered within the time advertised on the site banner and paid for the courier next day option but didn't receive them for 4 days

Terrible customer service, no flexibility or help at all.

Asked if they could use another carrier in discrete packaging, they said no. You can't put it in a box or hide the Snickers related packaging at least, no.

This review isn't fake and i am verified. Snickers Direct's response is an out right lie.

The delivery was quick, the price of the shorts are expensive so I thought I would have had least had free delivery,

I bought a size 34 , which are very tight around my waist, any other short / trousers would fit me so make sure you buy a size above what you want , other then that fantastic pair of shorts

£143 for work trousers is a bit much

You gave the impression that the site was an Irish site, so imagine my surprise when I had to pay a further €13 in customs charges. Aside from that the braces are good quality and work very well.

The service was excellent, apart from the fact i thought the delivery notifications looked like a scam so i just blocked them...lol.
The shorts have exceeded my expectations, they are exceptionally nuce to wear, and look great. Thanks.

They take the order with next day delivery, then email you saying they have to order the items which will take 5-7 working days to reach them. Just show them as 'Out of stock' on the site. then people can make an informed choice whether to proceed or not. The amount of time they must waste processing refunds is probably ridiculous
