Extremely good service!

I come here for all my workwear, always good. Fast service.

No stock information. Take your order and your money then email to inform of 5-7 day lead time. Basically ordering from Snickers once you’ve paid rather than keeping stock keeping their running costs down. Will not be using again as dishonest. If you don’t have stock then state this and i’ll shop elsewhere where the product is available.

Some of my order was unavailable and has been back ordered. I was informed of this and asked for the items in stock to be shipped.

There was a delay in delivery since one of items was not in stock , but I received an e-mail with explanation and offer to change for another colour if I needed faster delivery.
I bought products many times from this company and will buy again!!

Place my order paid £145 looked on to my account and saying I have no orders but the money has left my bank account ! First time I’ve ordered and may be my last

Arrived the next day as promised

Ordered trousers online only to get a email 15 minutes later saying out of stock. Tried two types and two different lengths which said were available online to replace the ones ordered. 20 minutes of emails and none in stock.
Got a refund no problem but the fact I’m ordering goods online when not available is very frustrating especially when you need them in a hurry.

Fast efficient service as always.

The product it's self is amazing and exactly what I wanted, the delivery time frame advertised on the website couldn't of been further from that. I ordered within the time advertised on the site banner and paid for the courier next day option but didn't receive them for 4 days

Terrible customer service, no flexibility or help at all.

Asked if they could use another carrier in discrete packaging, they said no. You can't put it in a box or hide the Snickers related packaging at least, no.

This review isn't fake and i am verified. Snickers Direct's response is an out right lie.

The delivery was quick, the price of the shorts are expensive so I thought I would have had least had free delivery,

I bought a size 34 , which are very tight around my waist, any other short / trousers would fit me so make sure you buy a size above what you want , other then that fantastic pair of shorts
