Goods arrived quickly. Good quality albeit I am waiting for one item on back order.

Waders were too small for me so kept a larger pair aside I til I could return them.

What should have been a simple procedure turned out to be not so pleasant. VAT liabilities due to Brexit are a fact of life when purchasing online from the UK. However, inflated Customs Clearance charges without pre-advice are not acceptable which created inordinate delays.
I have had many excellent experiences with Snowbee orders in the past but now I will definitely think twice.

I'm still waiting for my last order, When I ordered it did not say it was not in stock and even on the web site it still does not say it's not in stock. This is order number

At 81 and not very tech minded had great difficulty ordering reduced price fly line I must apologise to snowbee it was my fault not being able to apply discount my grandson ordering fly line no problem I HUMBLE APOLOGISE TO SNOWBEE FOR MY EARLIER SUBMISSION

I received delivery of Snowbee’s 210D thigh waders.
While the model number and codes match perfectly with my old pairs/boxes…..They are not the same.
They are nothing like the picture in Snowbee’s Spring Clearance flyer.
Different material in the boot, different design, different colouring, different straps. In the catalogue the waders are all green with Snowbee logo straps. The waders delivered have a black boot, black straps and light tan uppers. Snowbee’s terms and conditions do allow them to vary and alter the design.
To be fair they were cheap and I’ve decided to keep them for cleaning out my pond.

Everything came quickly and well packaged and the quality was great. Would have been a 5 star experience if the travel rod came in a protective case instead of just a cloth bag.

It was only a small item I purchased but the service I received it could have been thousands of pounds, large or small doesn't make any difference to the wonderful service I received.
