We have just bought 2 DAR Gemini light fittings, to replace two very similar fittings as we wanted a different finish. Gloria was extremely helpful, and gave us a great service.

We are fortunate to have this business on the doorstep.

From the moment I walked in the shop and seen the large amount of lighting they had. It was obvious I have come to the right place. I had just moved in to a barn and wanted to choose some good quality lighting. I didn’t realise how big the shop was until I went in. The quality of the lights are fantastic and you can see them all lit up. The staff was all so friendly and lovely and never pushed me into buying anything that I was not happy with. They all just wanted to help whenever I had a question to ask. I decided to buy a few ceiling lights which I have to say are amazing. So delighted with them I decided to buy more lighting for the kitchen and the 3 bedrooms. All fantastic and as you can guess I would definitely recommend Solihul lighting.

I purchased two pendant lights to go over our new kitchen island. When we hung the lights 4 of the 6 glass shades had bubbles in the glass which were obvious as the lights hung at eye level over the island. Ryan in customer services together with Diane from Searchlight went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Absolutely first class customer service! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Yes I agree that it could be a scam company as they do not respond to emails nor have I received my wall light. Have also had to escalate this to PayPal to get a refund. Would advise people not to part with money with this company.

Ordered an ‘in stock’ item before Xmas and still not here (5th feb). Emails ignored, I’ve had to raise a PayPal case.

Not exactly what you’d expect from a ‘credible’ company

I bought a pair of chandelier table lamps without seeing them except by photo.

They were delivered in 48 hours, in pristine condition. Solihull lighting have an impeccable range, excellent value, highly recommended.

I ordered an item last Thursday (28/10/21). They have only just realised today (2/11/21) that they don't have it in stock. Completely wasted my time as I have an electrician lined up. They shouldn't be allowed to sell an item they don't have.

I have used this shop several times in the last 2 years. The staff are always very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. When they don't carry the exact item you require they can order it from one of several catalogues which are shown online too. Delivery is fast and you always get a discount without asking. Prices are very good.
It's a huge showroom with lots of modern and traditional products. You can't ask for more. It's great to support this local business.

I believe this is a scam company so would advise you to avoid them. Seller emailed after I ordered to inform me they do not have the item in stock (despite website stating 2-7 days for delivery) and would not receive it until May. I asked them to swap my order or refund me, no response from them for a week. Taken over three weeks to get a refund from them so far and having to go through PayPal resolution service.
