I would like to provide some positive feedback about Joel, who contacted me regarding the damage to my car caused by a TfL London bus.

Joel explained all the possible options available to me for having my car repaired, as well as the arrangements for a replacement car while mine is being repaired. He was very clear, professional and easy to understand.

I also really appreciated his positive attitude and good energy throughout the conversation. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier and gave me confidence that the matter could be dealt with properly.

No help what so ever. Their driver crashed in to my parked bike and it’s taking them over a month to access the damages. Scammers no help what so ever. When confronted about why they are taking so long they hang up the phone. Scum bag company.

Very helpful service

The first email I received was clearly a standard, generic response. What made matters worse was how quickly the second letter arrived after I replied. Given the time frame, it would have been virtually impossible for them to have carried out all the actions they had requested in their first email.
The whole process felt poorly handled, inconsistent and lacking in any meaningful attention to detail. The speed of the response simply made the situation even more frustrating and undermined any confidence that the matter had actually been properly considered.
Shambolic, to say the least.

When ever I spoke to a person I had an ok experience, but your Bot called Robin nearly drove me mad. Also on Monday 10th August I called nine times and was cut off while on hold. Also those frustration levels on top of my car being bashed into was too much to handle that day. Awful. Your systems not working correctly was unfathomable. The time I spent trying to get through prevented me from being able to focus on working from home or my Mum who has just had a fall. I feel very cross about it. The people I spoke to were fine, but the hold function cut me off.

Really quick contact after the accident. The staff on the other end of the line was very helpful and friendly. Good customer service!
