Daniel (Dan) was very friendly with excellent telephone manner and made me feel at ease. He discussed our issue professionally and reassured me the damage to my car would be rectified at no cost to myself. I have to say this was a very welcome response after a stressful morning.

Joel rang first thing this morning and the damage to my car was only caused yesterday afternoon.
Talk about quick service.
He was polite from start to finish.
Clearly very knowledgable about his role and services.
If I ever had an insurance company I’d definitely be poaching him…
