I was very happy with my key service today. She came on time, tracking was provided and she called to update me on her location and if there might be any issues.

I booked for a next day service to gain access to my car and a new Key cutting. The management Anwar decided he wanted to cancel the job for no good reason and told me he had refunded me. I had not been notified for the reason for refund, I called the company and spoke to someone else and he told me there is no refund opened for this job so he re booked my job. 10 days later the engineer came and only gained access but didn't cut me a key. I paid extra for 2 services for next day. I had to literally beg them to come and do my job because I needed my Blue Disabled Badges from my car. They still only did 1 service. I had to make so many calls to this pathetic company. They are a bunch of liars and scammers. There is no way that they have 4.7 5 star reviews. They definitely are fake. I've never come across such a pathetic little company. They have caused me so much distress and left me a wreck. To add insult to injury they only giving me a £50 refund for not doing the job

I have never known a company as incompetent and full of lies as this one. I wish I had the option to leave zero stars. We paid for a service to have our car unlocked and a replacement key cut at the same time but these services were not provided. We spoken to a manager called 'Anwar' he told us they had made a mistake by under charging us for both services. He was adamant on wanting to refund us but we insisted on keeping both services and did not want a refund. After going around in cirlces we were promised a next day service but in reality were made to wait a further 10 days. Throughout the ten days, they phoned twice only to let us know the job had been cancelled. We had to ring back each time to rearrange for them to come out to provide the services we had paid for. There was a complete lack of communication from their side and we had to make call after call to enquire as to what was happening. In the end they didn't provide the full services that had been paid for and were told we had been refunded. Still no sign of the refund. A scam and fraudulent company, we will be taking this further to the financial ombudsman.

RAC, the guy who organised getting me the locksmith,
and especially Locksmith Dave really came to my rescue today.
Was impressed by the speed of service, expertise and reassurance provided by Dave.

Friendly staff, kept us informed. Hannah was brilliant. We had locked the keys in our 51 year old historic vehicle and Hannah was very careful when she 'broke into it' to retrieve them. Thank you

Terrible value for money. Needed to get a key out of our car boot quickly at a holiday let. Soter charged us £300 for the service as it was out of hours. Clearly an excessive charge for a job that took 2 mins once the locksmith was on site. I would be fascinated to know what Soter’s cut of this was for supplying call centre support to the process.

*I note Soter’s response. Clearly, they are missing the point. I’m aware they offered a cheaper (although still costly) next day service, however we could use this due to our holiday let ending. The point they are not addressing is that the service they provided was overpriced and I’d encourage others to try to deal directly with a local contractor than turn the money hose onto what is, essentially, a call centre. We wouldn’t have dealt with them if the RAC hadn’t sent them rather than a patrol to assist us.

From calling the cheerful centre to receiving a call from the engineer en route, reassurance was given. The engineer was totally efficient and calm as he took just a couple of minutes to unlock my boot / car. Brilliant service. Relieved and Grateful customer.

I can’t thank Connor enough for his communication and skill throughout fitting and fixing my cars ignition and steering . I highly recommend this company and the support from the office was also fantastic in terms of communication and keeping me informed at all times . Very professional and trustworthy. Thank you to all involved in getting me up and running .

The gentleman that came to renew my key was polite, informative, prompt and a genuine chap. A star ⭐️

Getting through to Soter was virtually impossible. First time we were cut off, second time we were on hold for over an hour and a half before the call terminated. A stressful experience was made much worse.
Locksmith was great though.
Reply to Soter, it was when Esure were putting us through to you not RAC.

They kept you informed of the time they will arrive via tracker, the locksmith was very courteous, professional and well mannered.

The man who attended was very polite & friendly, he worked on my lock for 90 mins as it was particularly stiff but he refused to give up & finally the door opened & I was able to climb through & retrieve my keys from the boot

Friendly staff on the phone. Everything explained clearly. I had a fair wait, but that was OK. I wasn't in danger or a priority. An important lesson learnt.

Ian arrived on time, had found the location and was friendly and patient, although the job proved to be more difficult than first thought. He persisted and managed to fetch the key out of the car, which allowed us to open the car. The key had managed to lock the doors while in the car due to an electrical fault. I am very grateful for his persistence and patience.

Every call, message and email I made and received was handled in such a timely, efficiently and professional manner. The claims team were friendly, helpful and courteous. My experience was excellent.
