Service is gorgeous

Brilliant locksmith service as i was unable to start car, key remote fell to bits . Had quite a long wait as he was hours away ,but when he did arrive immediately got on with the job and got me going again.

Lovely Lewis the Locksmith Legend!
Lovely Lewis the Locksmith Legend was by far the best locksmith I've come across in my lifetime. He refused to leave me without transport in the middle of moving house. Lewis persevered to gain access to my car using various creative methods and makeshift tools. With lost keys, an issue with the driver's door back-up keyhole (which I was unaware of!), and the wheel lock being on, it wasn't easy! I was left with two new shiny keys and a usable car which I was in desperate need of! I couldn't be more grateful for Lewis sticking with it. His kindness never swayed despite 5 hours on the job! Thank you so much Lewis!

Can't fault this company
Can't fault this company. Customer service was excellent - friendly and reassuring. Was kept up to date on expected arrival time throughout - the locksmith was a little later than stated, but it was middle of rush hour so not surprising, and he did apologise for being late! The guy who came was friendly and chatty and opened the car in no time, with no damage. Highly recommended.

The repair was done well within the timescales given to me I was kept informed of of when the new ignition barrel was ordered when it had arrived and when it was to be fitted the staff were helpful and pleasant at all times the locksmith excellent

From start to finish; me locking my keys (actually, the car locked the keys 😬), in my car to having them in my hands, took less than 1 and a 1/2 hours on a Saturday morning.

Excellent, reliable and honest.
The absolute horror of locking my friends car keys in her car was resolved by these gentleman. From start to finish I was dealt with honestly and politely. If I’m ever stupid enough to do it again, I would certainly go back to them. I was particularly impressed that I didn’t have to pay a massive premium because it was a Sunday.

The locksmith was great did a great job, the only problem was it was a day late not his fault as it was a different guy who was supposed to turn up but he did not have all the parts this caused a problem for me morale of the story check as soon as it arrives then you don't cause yourself and customers problems.
