The gentleman who attended called to say he'd be half an hour to attend and got here in time. He was very professional and understanding. He worked efficiently and fast. Great experience with this company and attending locksmith.

First time I used this service which I received by Soter today. I would highly recommend them. I received update call back and was amazed with delight to receive my replacement key immediately within 30min. When he arrived Nicky couldn't have been any more helpful, polite and professional. The steering lock on my car failed this morning. The RAC put me in touch with Soter and it was fixed in the afternoon. Soter’s engineer, Josh, was excellent. I can’t fault the service.

JAGUAR XF FOB NOT LOCKING
Had the locksmith out today sadly he could not get my Jag key fobs to lock or unlock the car. He said he could not find a reason for the problem. He showed on his reader and says no fault found but to be fair he spent a long time trying to sort it. This problem has been caused because I had to disconnect the battery on a 2014 Jaguar XF

What an absolute disgrace of a company
What an absolute disgrace of a company, they came to make my key and as I walked outside they were using my car as a desk with a laptop and tools on the roof of my car and they were leaning against the car, the car had a bit of dust on and as a result they scratched the car, very unprofessional and disrespectful, now even worse after contacting this company and explain the situation they refuse to pay for the damage caused by their engineers, I had the car fully detailed and ceramic coated a few days earlier and this people just don’t respect other’s property, next time I order a key or anything through my insurance I have to make sure I know who’s coming, I have complained to my insurance and hopefully they will get it sorted.
Regarding the reply: no one has been in contact or have any intentions to be in the future, I spoke directly to your manager and she was very determined that nothing will be done towards the damage on my car, my insurance company is already aware and accepted my complaint and since these people were contracted by my insurance I’m pretty sure they will resolve it with respect like it’s supposed to be.

Fantastic service provided by Soter and the locksmith Kev. Arrived a short time after reporting to my issue to my issue to my insurance company. Within 30 minutes of Kev arriving access had been gained to my vehicle and a new key cut and coded. Thank you very much!
