Drop off was fine but collection very disappointing and frustrating.
Despite following the instructions and several subsequent phone calls, I had to wait absolutely ages for my car return.
I and another client were kept hanging around in the extreme heat 🥵

Excellent service was provided by Southampton Park and Cruise from the moment I made the booking to the time I collected the car. Simon was courteous, professional and he went the extra mile to ensure we experienced no issues. I would definitely make this my first choice if I go on another cruise from Southampton and will also be recommending this to friends and family.

We used this company for the first time and will never use them again. When we called them to let them know we were half an hour away (this was a request from them) we were told to take our luggage to the terminal and then take the car to them. This meant a lot of time was taken going to and fro and dealing twice with the traffic plus the the 2 of us having to go to the terminal separately. When asked why we had to do that we were told it saved space and they can get as many people into one vehicle in one go. This made the whole process twice as long and very stressful. I have never had this situation with any other parking facility. They should be able to take the passengers and the luggage at the same time. Maybe they need to invest in more transfer vehicles so they can provide an efficient and professional service.

I used this company, cruise park and ride ltd at Royal Crescent Rd Southampton and had a completely different experience to the last reviewer. We found them to be excellent in every way. After locating the premises, we gave them the keys and were quickly driven to the Ocean terminal. Although to be fair they said we should have dropped off our luggage first, we said we hadn’t read our emails and they were fine about it. All good when we returned 15 days later. Absolutely no problems and will definitely be back! So much cheaper than port parking and for less than half price!

No one to greet us and take us to the port. All we have to do is call the number given and they arrange local taxi. So far we haven’t received any parking ticket or any problem, but I would better park in the council car park and take a taxi. The service is not worth for the price.
