I booked parking in advance in the premium car park. Was reasonably priced and right outside the terminal.
But the reason for this positive review is our flight was cancelled home and this meant our parking would have expired before we came back.
The parking team were so helpful and supportive and made a stressful situation that bit better.
Would book again based on the price, usability and customer support

On 14/08/26 I used the Express drop-off parking for less than 2 minutes.
Despite this, I have been charged £25.

The drop-off area was very confusing and there was no clear signage or guidance.
I do not think this charge is fair for a quick drop-off.

Please can the management review this and contact me to arrange a refund of £25?

I prepaid for drop-off parking approximately two hours or so before I used the service. This was on May 31st. Approximately 6 weeks after that, I received a final demand for £100 for non-payment of parking.
This is where it gets a little interesting. There is now a big red banner on their website saying DON'T PREPAY for drop-off parking. This banner is so prominent you can't help but see it. I don't believe that banner was on their site when I made my payment, and it seems quite a few people have pre-paid and received the same final demand. Very difficult to prove, and the airport isn't very responsive. Looking at these poor reviews, they seem to have become more prominent since 2025/26 when airport business began to pick up once again.

Very poor. Booked for parking with Security fast track - when I arrived, security said "we don't offer fast track security" - I told him I'd paid on the Southend Sirport website, but he was adamant they didn't offer that service.
Complained on my return, and they initially tried to tell me no refund was possible for the fast track as it was included in the parking - despite them offering one price for parking, and a second, higher price for "parking plus fast track".
Finally got a refund weeks after returning, after having to ring them several times and initially be told "we have no record of your refund" - despite me actully talking to the person who had sent me the email confirming I was due a refund.
Very, very poor. Shoddy and untrustworthy company who sell services that do not exist and try to get out of refunding when they are exposed.

Paid £8 in advance for drop off/pickup and received £100 fine even though i have proof of payment. Absolutely disgraceful.

We paid for advanced parking charge for drop off and pick up. Have now received 2 fines of £100 each for non payment. Even though we have emails to confirm payments. They need to get this sorted.

these guys are just fantastic, so transparent and quick with regards to refunding the price match guarantee and then further helping out with upgrading me to premium. Thank you guys keep up the good work!

I would suggest thinking very carefully before using Southend Airport Car Parks. In the event of flight delays and exiting the car park after the prebooked time it is likely you will not be able to until you have paid the day rate. All in accordance with the T & C's. The airline will not reimburse any car park costs, The airport will not either and the advice is to make a travel insurance claim. By the time you consider excesses and potential increase in the cost of cover an insurance claim is unlikely. The airport promote friendliness and ease of access, seems like profiteering is the motive when it comes to parking. Get a cab is my advice to drop off near the hotel.

We booked from 22/10/25 to 26/10/25 for one car. Del and Ken were very helpful and friendly. They helped us to book another car last minute which we appreciate so much. They supported us 100% which made our mind at peace. Thank you Dell and Ken for everything

Very efficient service. Good, reliable staff and all at a really good cost. We always use this airport car parking service & cannot fault it.
