A group of us rented eBikes from Southern eBike Rentals to ride around Kingley Vale and had a brilliant time.

We were a large group of mixed ability. Olly and his team were so helpful with setting up the bikes, advising on routes and a pub recommendation too!

The eBikes were a game changer and allowed us to climb hills and explore what we wouldn’t normally have been able to do. Highly recommend!

A big group of us went out for an evening ride on the South Downs and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Half of our group wanted ebikes so they could join and also chat socially, and Olly from Southern eBike Rentals sorted it all out for us seamlessly. The flexibility was fantastic - they made it so easy to organise bikes for just part of the group at short notice, and nothing was too much trouble. The service was awesome throughout: friendly, professional and genuinely helpful he even suggested a route. The bikes themselves were in superb condition, clean, well maintained and a joy to ride. Thanks to them, everyone could take part and we all had a really fun night up on the Downs. I couldn't recommend them more highly - top marks all round!

Great bikes and Paul is really friendly and helpful. The high spec of the bikes means you are not compromising and the fact that you are just dropping it off at the end so someone else takes care of washing and maintenance is excellent. Would definitely use again.

Great selection of bikes. Really helpful team on site who took time to make sure we knew how to use the kit. Transformed my experience of cycling with kids! Will be back.

We rented two eBikes across the weekend and Ollie recommended places to stay and made us a beautiful route to follow. We cycled through every type of scenery including taking a short a ferry ride in Chichester harbour. The trip was just the right length and challenge for us and the eBikes were brilliant. Highly recommend.

Legends! Cycling the south downs way and got a tear 10km in. The team not only replaced the tyre for me but they cleaned my cassette and chain too before setting me on my way. They genuinely care, huge recommend. Thank you!

Rented two ebikes at Queen Elizabeth Country Park. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Spent a wonderful 4 hours on a recommended route that we scanned into the recommended app. All went smoothly. First time on ebikes and was great fun. Would highly recommend the company.

Brilliant service from Olly.

Delivered 4 bikes to my door, and then when through how to use the bikes, before leaving us to our own devices.

30 miles, and several hours, later, he arrives to collect the bikes - we were a little late back, but it wasn't an issue for Olly.

Superb, rented a bike to do a long distance ride from South Coast to Carlisle via canals. The advise from the the start was great, the bike was perfectly maintained and did the job brilliantly. Thanks Olly you facilitated an amazing memory.

Service and whole experience with Olly and Paul was fantastic. Not been on ebikes before but this was a smooth and enjoyable rental. Am a keen road cyclist but was looking to hire an e bike post knee replacement surgery. Never used one before but just needed that extra boost post op. The bike was fabulous. Am now tempted to buy one! The customer service from Olly & Paul was faultless. They certainly know there stuff. Absolute pleasure dealing with these guys, Can't recommend them highly enough. Wish them every success in their new venture at Alice Holt. I will def pop over and hire an e bike again for a pootle round the forest tracks. Many thanks
