Very supportive team, make things easy at the time of stress ( changing home) and considerate.

Recently visited Space Station at Castle Bromwhich and receivied excellent service from Chris and Ellen. They explained the process clearly, provided a tour of the facility and we were able to move forward with our requirement there and then due to the quality service provided. Whilst it was Ellen's first day in her new job and therefore getting to know new processes etc., she was very professional and courtious and we wish her well in her new role. Thank you to both Chris and Ellen for making the booking process efficient and easy.

Everything about Banbury Space Station Storage is absolutely fabulous. The facility is always clean & welcoming. The guys on the phone are super friendly & efficient. A very well run & well priced storage facility.

Great staff they give 100 percent nothing is too much trouble very professional they show you how everything works and take time with you to make sure you are ok with how everything works and Heath and safety is very important to them, well done guys

Loved the customer service from the Wakefield branch. Murray was super. I like that the facility is very modern and they moved my goods into the storage for me. The removal company they work with was so good. The only thing I didn't like is that I only had access of the unit until 6pm which gave me only 2 hours as I finish work at 4. Otherwise, my rating would have been higher!

Communication I have had through both email and on the phone have been excellent. I was given all the information I needed. Not only that, but the free removals to site was an added extra, easing the stress. My belongings were stored neatly when I went to the site too. The site is also very secure, with app permissions needed for entries and use of the lifts and notification if anyone else tried to access your unit.

Modern facilities and good service.

I have got 2 Storage Units with Space Station Garette Green Birmingham. The Facilities provided are absolutely Fantastic Like CCTV, Free Parking, Neat and Clean.

The Customer Service provided by Andy and Tracy deserves 5 Star.

Such friendly, helpful staff & good price

Knowlgable and trained team who helped a lot in ths stresfull process of moving and storing .I was explianed all nicely and shown around and then cmplated the proces online ad now I can store!

Very helpful staff, nothing to much trouble, Phil made us a very welcome cup of coffee and tea on a very cold and damp Sunday, very clean premises and storage rooms, app works well for access, would definitely use again and would recommend to others, thank you very much

I have just surrendered my storage room after 26 years, only because one became available in the mansion block I live in. Though it is much more convenient having my possessions so near at hand I was a little sad saying goodbye to Space Station in Slough. My visits there were a way of life with the staff always pleasant and helpful and the storage room itself perfect for my needs.

Used Space Station Slough for over 3 years as a warehouse facility for my business. Great service always from the team and good facilities. 24/7 access is a great option and this was the only self storage facility I know that is dog friendly!

Castle Bromwich Branch - What a fantastic smooth experience from initial telephone enquiry, office / storage visit and shown around and then booking the storage unit and using the free removal service. Rebecca in office and Ashley @ Jones Removal could not of been anymore professional. 100% and cannot criticize or fault anything. Thanks again for the pain free support.

We used store in Godalming! Beautiful clean modern facility! Very convenient and accessible! Great service from the team as well to find the best unit! Thanks to James Denver and Elton, they have been amazingly helpful!
