So, last week (31st March) I contacted an accredited Starlink kit & installer company Spacelink Installations (based in Brighton (East Sussex)). This date was when we “completed” on selling our home.

Within an hour or so of sending our requirements to Spacelink Installations, we received a call from a very helpful guy called Kieron (one of three directors of business & an installer of Starlink kit).

Kieron totally understood our requirements for a temporary installation (on the static-caravan) and permanent installation on chimney of property (once home renovations are completed).

Installation day was confirmed on Thursday 2nd April (in the AM, two days after we confirmed/placed Starlink order), that is what you call awesome service. Not only that, Kieron explained everything that he was going to do, he asked me to setup a Starlink account & register the Serial Number of Starlink kit he was providing (which we did).

We originally thought the dish would need to be installed on a pole, then Kieron recommended the weighted roof kit for dish - fabulous idea, no drilling required and not a hole insight made to our static-caravan (supplied by N Doe Caravans).

Kieron (the installer), sent us photos of the installation, which was (in my view) 7-star. Such a professional company and such a professional job completed. How lovely to be so completely satisfied with a product and a service.
Our feeble internet has plagued us for years but that is a thing of the past.
This should be a review in 2 parts. Firstly, Starlink is amazing. We were regularly struggling to get 10mbps and unable to efficiently work from home. Now our speed is frequently well over 150mbps which makes working from home, gaming, streaming tv totally achievable all simultaneously.
All of this is possible because of the service we have received from Spacelink Installations. I cannot fault them. From the initial enquiry and contact with Alison, who was very helpful and quick to respond to emails to the day of installation. Rob and his colleague did a great job of a speedy fit whilst making no mess and then guided me through how to use it. The aftersales service has been equally great. A minor blip and technology getting the better of me was soon put right by guidance over the phone from Rob who remained extremely patient and got me back to where I needed to be. He didn’t even scold me for trying to mess about changing passwords when I didn’t know what I was doing. What a gent! I can wholeheartedly recommend Starlink and Spacelink Installations. The hours I would have saved in phone calls and engineer visits from our previous provider if I had only found them sooner.

Fantastic company. After years of really poor Internet from BT we made the decision to have a starlink fitted and were lucky enough to find this company through a Google search.
The installation was flawless and Rob respected our home (and dogs) and set everything up with no hassle and no mess. The customer service has been outstanding, second to none and Rob has gone above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough.

Kieran and his team were quick, efficient and very friendly when doing the installation. They were amazing all around and have had no problems with WiFi since.

From start to finish my installation of my Starlink was pain free! I was contacted more or less immediately from Alison in the office requesting further information to assist with my enquiry. By the end of the day my installation was booked in with an estimated cost provided.
On the day of the installation I was contacted by Kieron with a time of arrival. He arrived promptly, his work was neat and tidy and carried out professionally. I would highly recommend this company! Complete professionals from start to finish .

Kieron was brilliant. He happily explained everything in simple terms. He was amazing at helping us also set up the app and going the extra mile to make sure we were all sorted. He took time and care to do the job right and reassure us. He was friendly and very professional and respected our property. He even took his shoes off. The starlink is terrific and has change our lives. He made sure it was positioned in the most discrete place so we bearly notice it. They were also competitively price. Without a doubt we would recommend Kieron from Spacelink Installations and if we ever needed similar help again for another property we would 100% call him.

The guys from DS Networks did a great job. Installed the Starlink dish on my roof and brought the cable in through the wall into my office, exactly how I wanted. Took less than 2 hours. Friendly and professional.

Fantastic service! Rob from Poseidon communications Ltd came today to install my Starlink. He worked tirelessly to get everything set up and just right for our needs. He installed all equipment with due respect and care to my property. We now have fantastic internet service in a very rural area. Highly recommend!
