Ordered a new battery for my Karcher lawn mower/ strimmer combo. Was 15% cheaper than the karcher store and came next day, quicker than the 48h delivery option on a Saturday no less. Will be using again.

It’s the first time I’ve used this company as I am quite impressed with the karcher spares they carry, although the tracking is a little slow to catch up and the postage is a little high, the service is excellent. Is was expecting to have to scrap yet another Karcher pressure washer due to not being able to get spares other from Karcher themselves who seem to be reluctant to supply anyone who isn’t an authorised repairer, but Spares2you have a good selection and the service is fine. Thanks.

Pleased with the speed of delivery and comprehensive instructions supplied with a replacement lamp fitting, which is itself a perfectly good product.

I recently had occasion to contact Spares2you when I was trying to purchase a replacement cyclone release catch for our ageing Dyson vacuum cleaner.
Dyson had stopped making/supplying the part and I was finding it very difficult to locate a replacement.
I then spotted a similar part on the Spares2you website and phoned and spoke with Martin Hobbs who was extremely helpful and offered to check the suitability and availability of the part I was after and phone me back.
The low cost of the part, around £8, had no effect on the time spent or the service I received from Martin, who quickly came back to me, confirmed that the part should be suitable and arranged free delivery to my home. The part arrived within two days and is now fitted and working.
I have to say that the friendly and efficient service I received from Spares2you, i.e. Martin Hobbs, was second to none and I will definitely contact this company again when I'm looking for something they may be able to help me with which, to say the least, is a substantial range of goods!
Well done Spares2you. Keep up the good work as this level of service is becoming far less frequent these days!

Don’t bother with eBay parts, not worth the delay and f’ups.

I sent a part back to spares2you via their returns link on their website and had an email from them stating that the part had been returned succesfully and was back with them and that they would issue a refund, well that was almost a month ago and I have had to contact paypal in order to try and get my money back and I am still waiting.
Very poor service indeed.

First class!...I ordered the product, and the order was immediately acknowledged as was payment. Tracking was available and the product arrived when stated. Another plus was the fact that my product was packed in a carton precisely the size required to fit the item with some packing, (unlike some companies I could mention), so very little waste. Good on ya!

Easy searching same product code as karcher , bought clips for a k4 quoted £3.99 each by karcher got them from spares2you for 69p !!!
