I'm so upset at speedx, and shein at this point I will never order from shein. I explained to them that this company was lying stating that they were trying to deliver my package & all of a sudden they have a fake photo of some porch with no number, claiming to have delivered my package today & 5:40 pm when the time now is 3:22pm I'm so upset & hurt seeing how my 3yr old that starts pre-K tomorrow 8/29/23 and her whole school uniforms/ bookbag, etc was in that package. Shein will not listen to my argument & actually disconnected my chat as I was still trying to voice my concerns after reading the reviews regarding speedx now I have been complaining since 8/22/23 since they claimed the first attempt. Please be aware as I think shein is down with this scheme also. This has never happened to me & I order from shein all the time, but I'm done.
Update: my husband found my package on someone elses porch down the street I'm 117 & they delivered it to 83.. Still upset with this fraud company

I wanted to give a negative rating but sadly thats not possible. Horrible and worst service by speedX. I ordered some items from Shein and my address is super accurate, easy to find, my contact info is there, but nobody called, and I know they didn't even attempt a delivery and now my package is "undeliverable" and returned to some "facility"!! There's no way to contact them, nobody responds. I'm helpless.

Speed X is a complete scam. After 3 packages never made it to me I will no longer be a loyal/frequent customer of Shein until they fire them. Never had this issue when they used USPS. Speed X will either lose your package, or provide fake proof of delivery photos that aren't your actual address. Customer service is terrible, very shady business.

Μου στείλανε μήνυμα ότι η παράδοση θα γίνει έως 5 απόγευμα. 4.06 με έρχεται μήνυμα ότι ήρθαν και δεν ήμουν σπίτι. Ενώ είμαστε 4 άτομα σπίτι. 4.11 τούς τηλέφωνό, τους ενημερώνω ότι δεν χτυπησατε κάν το κουδούνι. Η απάντηση τούς ήταν να έρθετε από το κατάστημα να παραλάβω το δέμα. Δεν πάω να παραλάβω, εάν δεν έρθει σπίτι, ας γυρίσει πίσω. Ευτυχώς η πληρωμή ήταν με αντικαταβολή.
Απαράδεκτη ή συμπεριφορά τούς.

My package kept saying that it could not be delivered, while I was at home and the courier not once called me. So I kept getting these messages that it was not delivered, one day I reached out on their site nothing happened. The next day, I called them and they said the courier supposedly called me 2 times that day and that never happened. While I was speaking with the lady that answered the phone, the courier actually calls me for the first time. And so I wondered why only now do I get the call from this person and not all morning (mind my phone was always on and working). Then I ask the lady, what time will the courier come again so I can look outside and finally receive my package, because I can’t seem to get the calls from your courier. And then she started screaming and yelling that I was being impolite and all the other people get their packages normally and I can’t accuse them of anything. So you see she had the nerve of shouting at me, while it was solely their fault. Anyway I tried to calm her down and explained again that I need to know the time the courier comes so that I can look outside, because probably I won’t get the courier’s call again and I need it today. Finally, she told me a time period and hung up.

To conclude, this is the worst and most unprofessional behaviour that I have ever encountered from any company’s contact centre whatsoever. In the future I would prefer any other courier company in a heartbeat.

They sent message and pic saying package delivered. They delivered to a whole other neighborhood or street. There is no house on my street that looks like that and zoom in on package its not my zipcode. If shein keeps them they are crooked. After reading the reviews I’m convinced they are keeping our orders

Somebody needs to shut down this fkin company…is the fkin WORSTTTTTTTTTTTTT…….
My SHEIN packages is saying delivered and I haven’t received any.

If you have a problem and try to contact them you are told to text as they don’t take calls?! Text to your hearts content…No one will respond.

Never received my order when I checked the status it said “ Failed Attempt - No Access / No Safe Location. The package is undeliverable and will be returned to the facility”. Ummm, I don’t live in a building and I looked at my surveillance video and no one made any attempts of delivery. After many “texts” I still have yet to hear about my package and its contents.

If your package is missing you can’t speak to a live person. You are told to text a number with concerns and no one reply’s to the text messages. Awful communication and customer service.

Speedx sucks I ordered from shein and speedx delivery people delivered my package to the wrong building and didn't notify me that my package was delivered ar 10:08 and at 11:38 I see it was delivered at the wong buliding and they left my package on the lobby floor and when I went to see my package was missing and is probably stolen I spent $119 dollars on clothes and I want my money back. Shein is a good clothing company but sppedx don't ever trust

This company should be gone and worker should be fire because they left my stuff and the lobby I live on the second floor and they could of just walk up the stair or the elevator if you want to be that lazy to leave in the lobby people can steal terrible service I happy I got my money back but not happy with this company if SHEIN going to keep using this company I’m not gonna order SHEIN again until they get rid of speedx yall need to do better

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! I’m not even one to come and leave reviews but when I say they’ve made me beyond frustrated, the worst experience ever. I ordered a package from shein and instead of delivering my package to the apt number provided they left it in the lobby and now my package is missing. Legit no where to be found. I am now trying to contact them and no response whatsoever. Shein has to do better in picking a delivery courier because this one is NOT it at all.

The worse experience with a delivery company ever! They don't answer to their phones and when they do, they speak in greek and close it. Or they gave me 2 other phones to call, they wrote again in the system like they didn't have already the information and the lady acted like an idiot. I am still pending for the delivery that I was expecting it 3 days ago .It's good that I didn't pay in advance!

They claimed to have delivered my package on 7/20 the time frame does not add up.....How is it you get from NY via courier within 2 plus hours? My package is missing and I can't reach anyone. I've called and left messages

Package is 2weeks delayed. Reported them to the BBB I suggest you all do too. They never answered my email after a initial response which seemed auto generated. Filed a complaint with shein about them as well. Everyone should report them and get them shut down. They are horrible!

Worthless. KEEP AWAY! UNPROFESSIONAL. INCOMPETENT. THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN ATHENS WHICH IS FULL OF POOR DELIVERY COMPANIES!

I can't get through on the phone to speak to someone at the local branch in Kos. There is a recorded message in Greek only and then some hold music plays before the call is terminated. It's very frustrating.

I’m waiting my item.. no answer… no delivery.. why they do this work if they are not able?

Horrible, they delivered my package to another house, and the proof of delivery was taken from inside of the car. There is not way we can contact them to report this
