Terrible product, terrible customer service.
Bought Merc GT3 wheel.
1- Contacted them before purchase, they lied about quick-release compatibility, purchased and received the wheel, and it turned out that it doesn't work with my QR, so I had to open the wheel and make adjustments to for it to work with my QR.
2- Received the wheel with the paddle shifters being very loose, so I had to
open the wheel again to tighten them.
3-Paddle shifters are too sensitive, and they will trigger a shift on their own while the wheel is receiving normal force feedback. So you have to run very high debounce which makes it not only noticeable while driving that you can't downshift quickly but you lose time while downshifting fast especially in F1-esc cars where you downshift a lot of gears very quickly, and that makes it really rough for competitive racing.
4- 2 buttons broken within a month of use. Update: one year, later, 3 buttons are broken. And the down shift paddle is broken.
5- wheel flex with DD
You shouldn't have to open or adjust anything when you purchase a wheel! It should be plug and play as it's advertised!
all these issues and they refuse to give me a refund, terrible customer service! Terrible product! Don't support them or their rubbish business. And they don't allow negative reviews on their website... what a joke of a company. legal scamming business.
