We fully appreciate that you live some distance from our Chester branch and, when you requested for the work to be carried out locally to you, we facilitated this arrangement and reimbursed you for the associated costs.

We are sorry to hear that the ongoing repairs have impacted your enjoyment of the motorhome and understand how frustrating it must have been to miss planned camping trips. However, we do feel it is important to clarify that we did work with you at each stage to assist in resolving the concerns raised.

We take all customer feedback seriously and will continue to review our processes to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our customers.
