Charlie is a star! Our account manager Charlie is really helpful and friendly. It is great to have a portal that I can use to order products but I did prefer the old format, the new is fine but the old one was more user friendly. orders are always delivered quickly

Overall from point of enquiry to point of delivery everything is always as it should be. The only time we have to wait on stuff is for bespoke/Non-stocked items, which is completely understandable.
We have been using these guys for over 10 years now, would highly recommend.

Emma in customer service was great, i needed to amend my address which she helped arrange straight away. Website really easy to use, plus the packaging tape is the best on the market in "my packers" opinion and he's tried lots!!
