Back injury
I had a back injury that hadn’t cleared in a while so used the service. Got an appointment with the physio the next day. Physio was easy to talk with and recommended a series of exercises for the next few weeks that sorted the problem. Both the physio and the app that guides you through the exercises were great.

The app was easy to use
The app was easy to use and there were plenty of appointments offered. The doctor I spoke with was very helpful and gave good advice. Would recommend.

Simply the most atrocious service
Simply the most atrocious service. Tried to order a health kit via the HSBC app. Error message each time. Tried all the troubleshooting from customer service, who in the end stopped responding to messages when they could not find a fix. Absolutely disgraceful

Impossible to login
Got the invite from HSBC, downloaded their app, and unable to login. Contacted squarehealth 2 months ago, been told to bear with them. A month ago followed up, and they told me again “please patiently wait until we look at the matter” no response since. Going to contact HABC directly

Polite and Knowledgeable
The physiotherapist was able to diagnose my condition quickly and from that outline a course of exercises. I found him both polite and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend him and the service offered by The Exeter.

Absolutely amazing experience with my…
Absolutely amazing experience with my physiotherapist (Mansi shah). I was able to explain her my symptoms of frozen shoulder due to which my hand was restricted a lot in movement & had sharp pains. she guided me through good exercise which gave me a lot of relief.
Amazing service & will definitely use again in future.

The GP was willing to listen
The GP was willing to listen and obviously listened carefully as I explained my problems. He was able to recommend potential treatment and to provide a precription for the medication suggested. All told a good experience

Brilliant
My therapist Anita Sharma was wonderful, she nailed my issue in an instant and when straight to the root cause. No one has been able to do that so far and since identifying the issue I've been a lot better! I've gained more balance in my life and learning to let go. I hope to cross paths with Anita again! she was super and always held a safe space for me to be able to communicate. Thank you so so much!
