I had an issue with the quality of an order from Steel City, so I contacted them to discuss. They checked the quality on their end and agreed to re-print the entire order. This was done at no cost to myself and was actioned quickly, with steady communication.

Despite the initial issue, I am happy with the service as it only delayed the final delivery by 7 working days, which is manageable. It was also relatively hassle-free.
