Excellent quality and service
We ordered stainless steel chain and associated fittings to attach fenders to our canal boat. Due to time restraints we chose to order next day delivery. Firstly we found the website very helpful with all dimensions clearly shown so it was easy for us to identify the correct chain & fittings we required, also ordering was very easy as well. As indicated above we ordered for next day delivery with our order turning up before midday the next day. Lastly the quality of the chain & fittings are excellent and now fitted make the boat fenders look really good.

Great company to deal with!!!
Found on web when looking for model steam engine chain and connectors. Very clear site, found exactly what was wanted at excellent price. A call within minutes to check one detail with me followed and the goods arrived a couple of days later. Just what was needed! Sizes exactly as advertised and a paper catalogue to browse. Brilliant service!!!

Presumably the only course of action for buyers is to shop elsewhere and hope they address the package correctly
You correctly showed my address as "The Copper Beeches" on the invoice but addressed the package to "Beechwood" which is down the road and where it was delivered to. It's taken me 3 days to trace it..

As much I am sorry you had a issue with your order, I do feel the harshness of your reponse of a 1 star review and your aggresive statement is not really warranted or fair.
Yes, the label was incorrectly addressed to a different house in your road, but we are all human, who do make the odd mistake. We are here at the end of the telephone 9-5pm Mon-Fri. If you didn't receive your order when it was expected, a simple call to us would have resolved this promptly.
You can see from our other reviews, this mistake was a rarity and prompt resolution would have helped you.
