I was very happy with my Dining table
I was very happy with my dining table. I got 5 star service from the start. Special thanks to Paul Silk who made sure I got the table I wanted. He sent out samples to me a few times until I was happy with my choice. He was able to work with the changes I made and I got the table delivered on time as promised. Will highly recommend this company. Thanks Ishrat

I’d like to thank Steve Bristow and his team for an absolutely fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with my new worktops, sinks and taps :)
Right from the initial order through to the installation they were first class. I’d happily recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely love our new quartz worktop!
Absolutely love our new quartz worktop. They were very good to accommodate us at a busy time at the year! Communication and workmen very good. Thoroughly recommend!

Thoroughly disappointed
These guys cut my sink hole wrong. Plain and simple. They never bothered checking how I wanted it, didn’t run through the plans after templating and then when I complained Mr Bristow himself accused me of just wanting to grab a discount/refund. Finally someone else tried to ‘resolve’ by offering for Steve Bristow to get a made to measure sink to hide the issue. I agreed. After a long long wait and then being sent copy plans for this new sink twice (and themselves coming to remeasure) with the measurements still being way out it was plainly obvious that they were not interested in sorting this out. I accepted a measly compensation and still don’t have what I wanted to buy. Not once has anyone from the company apologised that I didn’t get what I wanted. The blame seems to lay throughout the company from the initial sales lady to the templating guys and then Mr Bristow himself for the rude and out of order talk when I complained. I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.

We are really surprised to read this review given that;
We laser templated the kitchen worktops which was approved and signed off by yourselves.
We manufactured to the signed off template.
We installed the kitchen worktops exactly as were ordered and in accordance with the sink cutout being to manufacturer specification.
In our showroom we have on display examples of the same type of sink that would have been seen at the time of order placement.
We have done nothing wrong throughout the process and indeed have credited a substantial sum to manage your disappointment as well as undertaking extra work at no extra cost.
