Sorry for the person advertising bungalow ( converted chapel) in Okehampton. Over period of 10 days made Applications, telephone calls, email and actually spoke to agent about sending an application form for the property. Heard absolutely NOTHING back from any point of contact, except one to say send email ( which I had) Despite the agent saying it was still available for rent. What an appalling way to run a business. Think 1 star is being over generous. Lost opportunity on lovely house. Would never use company again.

Kept the FOR SALE board up for three months even though they had SOLD subject to contract, on my late Fathers abode. Progression was scatty, misleading and farcical. Sale has fallen through, wasting precious time and lots of money.
I am aware sales can and do fall through but it was the obvious signs and reasoning that were not adhered to.
Lastly, was made to feel my emails were the ulitimation that cost the sale, when in fact the chain had already collapsed.

I truly wouldn't give these guys even one star.Truly appauling service from Stevens .They had tried to market my property without following various legaal requirements expected during marketing of a propertyand Andy Stevens behaviour when this was pointed out was utterly unacceptable.

I would not recommend them .In my experience highly unprofessional and don't comply with legal industry guidelines in marketing of properties.
