Stevensons Opiniones

Easy to log in, locate the item and order for collection.

Always high quality school uniform.

Only catch is that some non-school specific items are much more expensive than they are sold elsewhere(e.g. Calculator, maths instruments etc).

Nice quality but I was sent the old logo on my daughters jumpers and didn't have time to sort it out.

Simple and easy to use for buying uniform

Super fast delivery. Great quality and good prices too. Happy Happy 😀

Easy use and quick delivered

Very good quality and quick delivery with good customer service.

Quick and easy order and delivery, thank you.

I placed an online order before I knew about the shop. It’s very easy to get to, and parking is available too. The best thing is that you can check the sizes in the shop, and if you can’t find your size, you can order it at the checkout, and they can deliver it to you.

Jumper arrived as expected

Unfortunately, there was no option to add an item to my existing order after I had placed it, and I also couldn’t find a telephone number to contact the shop directly. As a result, I had no choice but to place a second order and pay a second delivery charge.

It’s always a pleasure to buy our school uniforms from Stevenson. The quality is excellent and their service is always reliable. Unfortunately, Royal Mail lets them down, deliveries are often late and delivery instructions are not followed. I would strongly recommend Stevenson consider using a different delivery company.

Quick delivery fits perfectly

Fast service with just what we needed. Very easy to order and website makes it clear what a specific child will need or could need for their school.

Website easy to follow & order.
Super quick delivery within 24hrs my order was delivered, very impressed

Received my order in reasonable time, very professional!

The good: Excellent service from the Bournemouth shop who had items packaged & ready to be dispatched by DHL within 24 hours. They also very kindly held the package back for me to collect after emailing them, despite the central customer services telling me on the 'phone that this wouldn't be possible.
The less good: Not having phone lines to contact shops. This is the most backwards step a localised customer service based business could take. Sure, having a central call centre type customer service operation means less interruptions for the shops, but they are powerless to help at a local level which renders them almost worthless, especially given schools are associated to a 'local' shop that will normally fulfill their orders. I'm not the only one complaining about this if you read the reviews - @Stevensons, please listen to your customers & reconsider this unhelpful approach.
