needed product quickly but took a few…

needed product quickly but took a few days to be dispatched and another 4 days on top of that for delivery, a week in total for being delivered to northern ireland 30 miles from where company is based and delivery cost was charged at £7:99 i post a lot of parcels with royal mail and only ever charged £3:90

Thanks for the review. After looking into your order we can see that we dispatched your order within 24 hours of it being placed. However, it seems that Royal Mail misdirected your parcel and it ended up in the mainland before coming back to NI. Apologies for this delay. Regarding the delivery charge, you were charged £4.99 for shipping and not £7.99. We're not sure where you got this figure from. Not just any old Christmas Wreath hook

These beautifully crafted Christmas Wreath hooks look fabulous on my doors and they showcase the Christmas wreaths that I've made perfectly. They arrived super fast along with being really well packaged and excellent value for money.

Bird Table

Easy to order. Delivered quickly and well wrapped. Very pleased with my purchase and would certainly recommend Stewart &Gibson.

Twig Tree

I found this Christmas twig tree through ebay and it seemed a good price but was actually cheaper on their site. The photos weren't clear but I liked the tree so ordered it. It arrived quickly and I was kept informed throughout. It was described as champagne gold so was expecting a light creamy golden colour which would be slightly different from lots of similar cheaper ones. It wasn't. It is still attractive but, when shopping online, always do your research!
