The most unprofessional team that will not help you, but only blame you.
It was my second order with them. The first time I got some WHITE labels that came out transparent, they can barely read on my products and some round ones that the small writing was illegible on.
Now I needed some other round ones but with new designs. Besides waiting THREE WEEKS for my order, it comes wrong. When I reach out for help and ask them to send these back and print them properly, they tell me it was my fault that is how I aligned them, when they didn’t send me any proof and my design looked perfectly fitted in the screenshot they showed me.
The lack of unprofessionalism is just indescribable. I sadly knew no other website to order from but I will most certainly not order from them ever again. And I do not recommend it to anyone.
A good business would apologize and try to make it right, but no, they will blame you.

I ordered and paid for my stickers on 10th February before going on holiday. 2 of my sizes didn't upload for my artwork, so I sent these on my return on 22nd Feb. I then had to chase proofs on 2nd March and they were approved the following day when I was told they were sent to press and would be dispatched in 2-3 working days. I have then chased these a further 5 times with no response to my last 2 support tickets. I asked last week if the stickers that were already printed could be sent to us as we are desperate. I have had no reply and there is no way of escalating my queries. replies have not come within 24 hours and the order status has not been updated since 10th March.
I appreciate there are large quantities and large stickers but I have been told 4 different dates for receiving my stickers and only been updated after chasing when the date has passed.
This is not customer service and taking the huff with every disgruntled customer is no way to run a business.
Please send me the stickers that are ready and have already been paid for in full.

printed the wrong size label in very poor quality and then have ignored every email i have sent them and are unwilling to correspond, many other customers have the same experience the staff attitude is very passive agresive will not deal with them again and will just accept having lost my money by this point.

Was so hesitant to purchase from Stickythings at first as I thought the price was too good to be true. But OH MY GOD! I have just received the labels I ordered for my essential oil business & I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! I really don't understand what the complaining is about when reading the bad reviews. Labels arrived the next day after being printed, not to mention how cheap they are & the quality really is amazing!! I received help every step of the way from Vicky within customer service & the responses were very quick. It was just such a smooth process overall! Honestly, look no further. Best company out there for labels!

Will give three stars as they did issue a refund, they were slow processing my order so agreed to refund. Very strange company, never seen customer service enquiry saying if you aren’t polite enough we won’t answer your messages, the actual customer services were great but think they are putting people off by saying they might not bother to reply to you if you don’t say hello but instead message where is my order? I wouldn’t personally message that but would still expect someone that did to receive a response. Wont be using them for this reason and that it took too long for my order to be processed..

I want to start this by saying I am very happy with the product delivered and the service. I have ordered labels for my products twice and will happily continue to use this company.

The reason I am writing this review is that I had some small concerns after I ordered because there was some unusual language on the checkout page with regards to them not answering customer service emails that are not polite. This lead me to search for reviews about them and I read a few negative reviews about their customer service (and it actually seemed to me to be the owner's interactions perhaps).

My advice to the owner would be to leave things to your customer service team, they seem superb. No need to respond to reviews, as there is nothing to gain. I also think you should change the language on the confirmation page (maybe it was the help page) about not responding to customers, this raised an unnecessary red flag for me.

Overall, I am very happy with the product, the customer service (I did contact them post-purchase to enquire about timelines), and the delivery. If you are having any doubts or reservations, I would set them aside and make your purchase.

Excellent communication and such good quality labels. Ordered from another company before and wasn’t too impressed, so glad I came across Stickythings, I won’t go anywhere else now. Really happy with them and their services.

Strange website, poor communication, slow slow turnaround.
I ordered labels, but due to my own mistake with the fiddly website (upload artwork, then back to the order to click another button to say 'yes I've uploaded', there was a delay of a few days. However, I've now been waiting another 9 days since that, and haven't even seen a proof yet. Comparitively cheap, but it's not hard to see why.

UPDATE: credit where credit is due. Despite the original proofs taking slightly longer than advised they more than made up for it by then despatching them the following working day after approval. They arrived today wel within the timescales and they are perfect. Top work 👍🏼

Good quality labels and at a decent price. One of the few to have no MOQ on orders. Sadly they seem to be struggling a little with times currently. Website currently states to allow up to 24 hours for a proof, it’s now been 41 hours and still no proof. An email was sent yesterday and another today, the first being 24 hours ago with no response. Matt seems adamant in a few other responses to other people that they will respond to tickets quickly, and keeps referring people to the yellow notice at checkout. I did see this (and I agree, it’s unmissable) but it doesn’t mention proof times, only despatch times once approved, so there is no notice about a delay in proof times.

Should I receive a response to my emails or a proof in the near future and the labels be sent within timeframe, I will be happy to amend my review.

UPDATE:
No ticket numbers. One email sent to the address on the top of the website yesterday at 14:52 and another today which was just a reply to the order confirmation email, so not sure if they got picked up anyway, but I never received a response with a ticket number for either of them.

Proofs all approved. Wasn’t aware they needed bleed as we’ve never added it on before for similar labels, it will bare it in mind for next time.

Product is satisfactory; however, it always takes longer than the suggested lead-time to deliver and the customer service isn't always great.

Desperately needing a proof check before printing. My final online version did not agree with the prints they supplied. A Proof check would have solved this!

Long lead time…

I was really worried that the stickers weren't going to arrive in time, and after waiting the '6 working days' with no news I emailed the company, and was assured they'd meet my deadline. They did arrive just in time at the end of that week, which I was thankful for, but the worry leading up to a big event wasn't great.

Excellent service. I've had to change my design last minute and they dealt with it very timely.
