I ordered some mini tote bags for an event. They were very decently priced although there was a slight issue with the printing the company rectified it and sent them in record time with no issue so I would highly recommend.

Communication throughout was quick and thorough. After the order was completed, there was an issue with the T-shirt sizing. Christine D took this on board and very kindly reprinted the T-shirts we were missing.

Great communication during the ordering process and once the order was finalised. The finished products look excellent.

URGENT COMPLAINT – Immediate Escalation Required (Ref: Q66875293-1)
I’m extremely frustrated with how this has been handled by Harry Ramshaw and I need this escalated immediately.

This has been going back and forth for days with repeated mistakes — wrong sample sent, wrong colour quoted, multiple incorrect quotations, and my logo being modified despite me clearly stating several times that it must not be changed.

I have repeated the same instructions across multiple emails, yet it feels like they are not being properly read or followed. This is a very straightforward order, and it should not have reached this level of confusion and delay.

You can review the full email history with Harry Ramshaw — all the details and corrections have been clearly outlined multiple times. I have also raised my concerns and frustration during phone conversations on several occasions.

I urgently need these pens, and this situation has already wasted a significant amount of my time.

Please reassign this to someone else and resolve it properly today.

All I need is the correct pen in grey, our logo used exactly as provided — this same logo has been used on multiple previous pen orders without any issues — and a correct quote so we can proceed immediately.

If this cannot be resolved today, I will have no choice but to move this order elsewhere.

Please confirm as soon as possible.
