I would give it 5 stars, but the picture are down right ugly. I listen to it almost every day, but hate the pictures. L.D.of Boynton Beach.

Update: Was able to get through to customer service. The woman on the phone was much more helpful than who ever replied to me through app.

Was delivered an EMPTY package. When I received the notification that the package had been delivered, I did not see it anywhere on our porch. Upon review of our camera's, we saw it had blown off the porch into the yard. After we retrieved the package, I realized the reason it had blown off was because the envelope package was empty of any product inside. I do not know if it was stolen during shipping or a mistake happened during processing and the microphone fell out before it shipped. Either way when I messaged the company about the issue, their response was that per my message I had received that package and any further questions could be called in at their company number. Upon calling that number, they inform you they will call back in 24-48 hours. This experience has shown me that I will never have anything delivered to my home again is these are the type of sellers that Best Buy works with. Your package can't be stolen/go missing if it's sent directly to the store for pick up because then they will have to answer to Best Buy

Flawed sales process.
No direct sales line. You have to leave your contact information and hope to hear back playing phone tag.
No online sign up. Really?
