I am happy with the goods and the customer service. The stones were exactly as promised. The delivery process was very smooth.
Customer service was very friendly and they paid great attention to detail, which made the experience very pleasant.

I wanted a bit more information on the variations on the Carrara tiles, I spoke to Jo who was knowledgeable she also sent me photos of the tile they have in the warehouse, having these was useful in making out decision.
We went with the Carrara White.
The whole process from ordering to delivery went without a fault.
I would definitely recommend this company and I can not wait for my tiles to be installed.

I couldnt even place order for samples on check out.
Their site will make the transaction hope not take your money but not release the order , your bag is still full..something is very doggy here planing to speak with the bank i was even afraid is some spam to take your card details.
No email on the customer service you can speak with about any issue.
Not recomending at all.

I cannot recommend this company. I ordered 6.5 square meters of tile. This worked out to 35 tiles. Of the 35, 10 have flaws. I photographed and catalogued the flaws as instructed. Initially, they tried to blame the courier- but the packaging was clearly intact and the problem is with Stone Deals. I then tried to fight them to get the 5 most damaged tiles replaced so the project could continue. I was then told that I must be taking photos of the back of the tile and not the front- so I took front and back photos. At this point, Stone Deals have stopped communicating with me and are just ignoring me. They have never acknowledged the front and back photos that I’ve sent. Dealing with this company has been unpleasant and difficult.

Charged me £72.00 for a standard delivery to deliver 2 small boxes of mosaic tiles which is extortionate. I tried to negotiate with customer services to see if anything could be done given the small quantity however theyd rather charge the standard fee rather than do future business.

Had an issue with some broken tiles in my delivery so I rejected delivery. phoned stone deals who had no issue immediately resending replacements. the next morning a new delivery in perfect condition. Rate a company on how well they deal with issues so can’t fault their service. Cost effective and great quality marble tiles. Very impressed!

Poor quality marble, no after sale support.
I purchased some marble on 28th March which turned out to be very poor quality.

I sent them an email asking for option to return/refund due to poor quality, they did not bother replying my email.

Good products and delivery. No problems

Ordered gold Calacatta tiles. When they arrived they were grey/ silver. I contacted and was told that it was because I had only opened a box and that I needed to open more to fund the gold colouring… 19 boxes later still no sign of any gold within the tiles… sent photos in of the tiles we were sent compared to proper gold Calacatta tiles. Company still do not acknowledge that they have sent the wrong ones. Worst part is when they try to talk their way out of why there is no gold… infuriating. Stone Deals, you’ve disappointed me and lost me as a customer. You don’t have to do this to others, just rename your product to generic Calacatta- less disappointment for future customers.

Received a small pallet of Silver Travertine tiles - there were problems with most of the tiles so I sent photos to Faye who assured me that they would pick the tiles up and swap them for new ones. As promised the tiles were swapped within a few days and I'm a very happy customer who has had excellent customer service. Would use again knowing that any issues are sorted straight away.

I ordered tiles white Carrara tiles for my hallway as well as some basket weave tiles. The whole experience has been a nightmare.

Firstly I was told my order could not be delivered to my house , even tho I paid £70 for delivery. After many phone calls I had to get it delivered to a nearby address and transport the tiles myself. The company suggested it was due to overhanging trees on my road, where the lorry would be too large. This was odd as if this was the case, they could provide a smaller van, as with other deliveries as I only ordered around 10 sqm.

The tiles arrived and I have noticed the tiles are cracked in many places , I rang them and spoke to Faye.

I have been told I should have told the delivery driver to wait and checked each tile on the pallet ( the driver didn’t even get a signature and drove off dumping the heavy pallet on my driveway).

I have now been told I can get a replacement for the damaged tiles if I pay delivery.

No refund for them, no suggestion they will pay for delivery.

Please go elsewhere

Ordered 60m2 of stone paving slabs. Paid over £200 in extra delivery charges. The delivery was postponed 3 times, each time we weren't told the delivery wasn't going to turn up. We chased Stone Deals who just gave us the number of the haulage firm and told us to chase them directly. When the paving slabs arrived they had no way of getting them off the truck - luckily we had 3 builders on site that spent over an hour man handling them off the truck. Stone Deals again told us it wasn't their problem - they sub out the delivery to a separate company and we should take this up directly with the haulage firm.

Having read some of the reviews I was a little concerned but placed the order online anyway. 70 metres of extremely well packed cararra arrived the following day and no damage, cracked or chipped tiles whatsoever. There is some minor shade variation but as it comes out of a mountain it’s what one would expect. Really delighted with the quality and price. As I ordered online rather than over the phone I was able to pay by credit card.
