I cannot praise Strachan highly enough.
Their designer was friendly, knowledgeable and very adept at coming up with a design that would work. When I had some problems with the main payment, Customer Service bent over backwards to help and be accommodating. The joiner who fitted the units turned up on time, and did an outstanding job - he also left the place spotless.
I honestly could not be happier, and would heartily recommend Strachan for their high quality work.

We have previously used Strachen to install 2 bedrooms, so when we wanted a media wall for our living room we looked no further than one of our favourite companies.
The designer Simon helped us with our vision for what we wanted and before we knew it Johnathan the fitter was installing our dream living room. Johnathan’s attention to detail and skill level is exceptional and never disappoints with the final installation.
I can highly recommend Strachen and wouldn’t use anybody else for high end furniture and quality installation.

The service was excellent. The team was proactive throughout and delivered on time and as promised. The furniture itself is great and the we appreciated the experience of the team in helping us plan the design.

Timely appointment - understood my requirements - shown many samples - offered advice - price not cheap but good quality and main competitor couldn't provide solution for my little office. Fitter very professional, arrived on time, no problems and very pleased with end result. Would highly recommend.

We had a designer visit today, and I regret spending my time. We discussed the requirements, and I was expecting a 3D design after. Instead, the designer used a pen and paper, put a very basic outline and wrote a price on it. The price was double in comparison to any other quotes I had. When I challenged the number, I was told that I am comparing Ferrari to a Volkswagen and none of the (famous) brands I am referring to stand anywhere near in terms of the quality, the others are not following the same standards, etc. I understand the business is tough these days, but you don’t have to badmouth others. The quality of your furniture is good, we had it in the other house. But for me it’s not twice as good as others. In the end if the day, it’s just a painted wardrobe. Plus, I don’t have an option to change my mind as I have no design!

Really good customer service throughout the process of designing, ordering and installation. Very pleased with the outcome: looks great and just what I wanted. My thanks to Laurence Strong who did a great job and was punctual and very pleasant to have around.

We had a pull down bed installed a year ago- a brilliant investment . However I had an issue as the bed was squeaky. Strachan were really helpful about doing the repair under their guarantee. Lawrence Strong, one of their fitters, was so helpful and has sorted out the issues brilliantly. I have huge confidence that Strachan will always look after us. Highly recommend.

The bedroom looks perfect and we cannot praise Lawrence who fitted it more highly….excellent work, very considerate and helpful.
We are an elderly couple and he made doubly sure that the fitted bed was easy for us to put up and down.

I had an installation of furniture 3 years ago which was exactly what I wanted. A month ago I had a slight problem with one of the units. The company came and repaired the problem without any questions and it was carried out by a polite and efficient operative sent by the company. I can't thank them enough for their excellent customer service.

So we went to Strachan because we wanted good quality stress free wardrobes fitted.
The designer was great, the installation guy was great but their customer service was way below expectation.
They started a day late. I had booked time off work but I accept delays can happen. But the we were told it would take an extra day to fit so another day off work.
We were very pleased the finished product and we put that down to experience.

But today my wife took a call from an extremely rude the service manger who harassed and bullied her asking for payment whilst she was out with friends
( which we had already sent)

I have just called to complain and the service manager was extremely rude to me as well.
He would not stop talking at me and was deaf to our complaint. He kept apologising in that perfunctory way when it’s not genuine.
So yes a great product but very poor customer experience.
Even though it’s a great product I don’t want to be spoken to in the manner he did.
Actually while in the call he also said he had received the documents so if he had waited one more day this would have been unnecessary. Please don’t bother apologising again as I don’t feel it was

I had Strachan furniture fitted in my previous home and was delighted with the design and fitting. It was an easy choice to use them again when I needed new wardrobes and office furniture in my new home. The original design for the replacement of my existing walk-in wardrobe door was, I confess, disappointing but Strachan re-visited the design and came up with a much better design. The overall look is much better and I am very pleased with the wardrobes and the office furniture. The fitter, Steve, was exceptionally good and I really appreciated his careful attention to detail and his professionalism in every aspect of the fit. He has done an excellent job and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout.

We had Strachan to fit wardrobes in our previous house, and were very pleased with the fit and quality over the 12 years we had them. From Trustpilot reviews this level of service had clearly continued over the intervening years, so they were a natural choice when we moved and needed wardrobes fitted in our new house. We have again been very happy with the design and install of our new wardrobes. Customer service through the design process was first class and the fitter did an excellent job. and so we do not hesitate to recommend them.

The company did great communication and was flexible even though my order had to change part way through (to a completely different house, in fact). Steve the joiner was excellent and did a fantastic job. Particularly nice man. The foldaway bed works very well and is exactly what I wanted.

Our new bookcase is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship and we are delighted.
The company was assiduous in responding to our needs. Their customer service is second to none.
The furniture was installed with the minimum of inconvenience.
We cannot praise Martin too highly. He was a model of efficiency, consideration and skill.

Im delighted with the professionalism of this company from start to finish. My new walk in wardrobe is absolutely beautiful. The quality of the cabinets is perfect and Steve that did the fitting for us was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this 1st class Family run business to my family and friends.

Great design consultation and initial fitting as the TV cabinet they designed & built for us has been great and everyone who comes home asks about it.

I am giving four stars as we have did not have the same smooth process when we decided to re-use the TV Cabinet after extending our living room by paying for their dismantle & refit service. The customer service was unexpectedly difficult initially however after escalating it, they quickly reviewed what had happened and sent a second fitter to assess the refitting who has managed to refit as needed and give it the luxury finish they promise.

I am giving four stars as they really need to improve their customer service to existing customers by way of offering a better refitting service at a reasonable cost to encourage re-using the luxury fitted furniture they build to last a life time. Our cabinet now with the finish re-done properly looks as good as new. We love the design and quality and hope they improve their refitting service offerring both in terms of pricing and the quality of fitting.

We are absolutely delighted with both the office and the library.

Although everyone we have dealt with has been efficient and friendly, I would particularly like to thank both Phil who did the original design and Martin who has done the installation. They have both put in a lot of time and effort to create exactly what we wanted to an excellent standard of workmanship and customer service.

We would recommend your service to anyone.

Throughout the whole process Strachan kept us informed of any changes etc.The surveyor did detailed measurements and the plans sent to us were very helpful in understanding the final look of the project.A particular mention of the fitter Sean, who worked diligently for two days, left everything clean and tidy and was very helpful explaining how the recessed lights and bed mechanism worked. We are immensely pleased with our luxurious furniture Thankyou.
