I want to give a really big shout out to Rebecca Cornish, one of your Gepps Cross Administrative team members.
Without boring you with details I had a delivery problem with an order for 6 sheets of fencing and two lengths of capping.
I am none too impressed with the on-line consultant through whom I placed the order, which left me with an order at your Richmond Road store and a few problems about getting it safely to my home address at Glengowrie.
I reached out to Rebecca Cornish and she was fantastic! Problem resolved wonderfully, thanks to her intervention.
You have a great team member there!

I was dissatisfied with my experience at Stratco Moruya, NSW.
We purchased a $12,000 roof kit for a rear patio installation in Narooma. Several parts were missing from the delivery, causing project delays. The fascia brackets also arrived damaged. Communication with Stratco Moruya was difficult, and the supply issues remain unresolved. Since the business has closed for Summer break, I must wait until next year to receive the missing materials.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the company. They appear to lack adequate quality assurances and are difficult to contact regarding incomplete orders.
Others may also receive incomplete roofing supplies and face challenges obtaining the necessary parts. Please exercise caution when considering this company, as they require full payment, may deliver incomplete kits, and are not responsive in resolving issues.

My online ordering went very well.
Certainly very easy.
The delivery was communicated to me by text when my order was being delivered.
The person delivering the order, as it was heavy, was fantastic, very helpful and polite. A great experience from Stratco.

If you could rate in the minus I would rate the customer service team -10. I ordered privacy screens online checked out paid for the products but there were none available. Got an email to say they need to order products and it would take 2 weeks, I said ok. I ordered 22 October, I called after 3 weeks, they couldn't give me an ETA. They said they will call back the next day. NO they didn't I called again, I called again, they again said they need to investigate. No they didn't call back, I called again now very angry, The original 2 weeks was a lie, its getting made in China I reckon even if it is they have tracking but not stratco. It's now 4 December still nothing. I sent an email cause I can't stand talking to their customer service team who don't know how to look up products ordered and just make up stories. They can't even STILL give me an ETA. I tried to save a few bucks but next time I'll get it from Bunnings.

Terrific customer service at Capalaba store.
Originally had a quote done at another store but no follow up customer service. Went to Capalaba and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Khyi went above with his customer service and product knowledge.

After using the Stratco design tool and placing an order, an error occurred that prevented me from paying online, so I was advised to contact Stratco for assistance.
I called at 8 am and was helped by a person who was unsure about how to use the design tool and needed to ask supervisors for advice.
I had to call her twice to get an update, and when the order was finalised, I was told that Stratco can't deliver the next day as promised because the cut-off time had passed.
We had different opinions about whose fault this was. I said it was on her. She said it was because she needed help and responses from others within Stratco.
You would think that Stratco at least teaches its employees to say, 'I'm sorry, my mistake.' This took way too long.

The online ordering process was straightforward and went smoothly. The product was delivered within a reasonable timeframe and both Stratco staff members and the delivery staff were friendly and helpful when I spoke with them.

Easy to order online and good value for money product that was easy to put together. Only issue I had was delivery took 15 days for a small item coming from an hour and half away. When I called to check after 12 days, the person that answered was unhelpful. They only told me that it hasn’t been picked up yet and they had another few days to do so. Not sure why it takes 10-14 days to do a local order.

My family has paid for materials and invoicing to have a roof put up over our back deck. The materials for it were delivered quite some time ago now and we even took down the old roof ourselves.
The day came for them to turn up and put the roof on. Nothing. Rescheduled and again nothing. It’s now been multiple reschedules and no shows and the materials for the roof have been sitting on the front lawn since they were delivered.
The back deck is virtually unusable now as it’s just baking in full sun all day long.
I have zero trust in Stratco now and absolutely think they should at the least provide a partial refund for screwing us around and not following through with a paid for service. I am well aware that under Australian consumer law if a company fails to provide a customer with a paid for service that customer is well within their legal rights to take legal action to recoup the costs of that service.
To anyone considering going with stratco my advice is don’t. They’ll take your money and blow you off.

Very easy to order small shed online and a very friendly delivery person. The shed was a little difficult to put together if you don't have past experience.

I dealt with Michelle Millar at the Caboolture branch, QLD for the design and quote for my open pergola kit. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and nothing was too hard. She is a very happy, friendly person which made the process even better! Give Michelle a Gold Star!

Good communication re the delivery date and (temporary) delay with 1 non-urgent component. Also the delivery driver did a great job in positioning the purchased carport pack into our driveway without vehicle access being blocked
