I walked in looking for a solution, expecting week or so turn around time for a quote. I was pleasantly surprised when Stephanie Schubert from Gepps Cross in SA a dream to deal with, I left with a quote in hand in twenty minutes. She knew her stuff, and made a quote come to life with a flurry of fingers and a knowledge base learned from experience. Thank Steph.

Easy to use online ordering system. Good value outdoor lounges and they look great on my patio! Polite and helpful delivery man.

Firstly my patio was delayed then just put off. I had to ring ,send emails to try to get a date as communication was terrible. Finally got started and the apprentice fitter was great and worked well and careful while Dan stood around watching and making small talk and trying to push his luck, which seems to be a regular thing.
I passed on my concerns at the time and asked for someone else to fit flashing as I was not comfortable with him here but they sent him back !
I wasn't happy with the finished result as it left a unsightly large gap from my eve to start of patio.I was never informed this would be left like this and disappointed that they felt it would be ok to do so. I felt a conversation about that and options should have been covered in planning.
I then out laid another 1400 to have a flashing made by them to cover it.
I have cream patio tiles and after cutting the aluminium the path was not swept ( or even tell me and I'll do it ) so when it rained my path now has rust marks all over it.
I sent a message asking what could be done and was told ," nothing as if it wasn't that you would find something else to complain about "
I take a pride in my home and yes do expect other tradies to take in there's also.But if that's what you think, have some respect as to not say it.
Generally the workmanship could have been better but the attitude that came with it was discusting and I will not use again nor my friends and family.And men, don't leave your wife home alone
UPDATE 16th OCTOBER
I responded with my email as requested and have received a return email expressing Stratco company disappointment with this, however to date have received no further communication.
UPDATE 30 OCTOBER.

NO FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY STRATCO TO ME.

always happy with Stratco; love getting the information they send out and their prices are always competitive, even Bunnings r hard to beat a Stratco sale; The products are good quality and I have never been disappointed; The ordering online is nice and easy and the communication is great for keeping me up to date with my order; the delivery guys are so nice will put the order wherever I want and the text messages tells me within 15 minutes of their arrival; my view of Stratco is, they are 2nd to none, and I will continue to use them and recommend them to family and friends; Thank you Mary

Staff at Deer Park we knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely heading back there because of the range, prices and the staff.

We went to the other hardware store (starts with a B) for Clothes line supports. Wasted about an 1 hour and came out none the wiser. Their sales rep informed us that they had a clothes line in the back yard and that was all they knew. We then went to Stratco Caboolture, what a change. The Sales Rep, could not do enough for us. Went thru the whole range, gave a few helpful hints and was a pleasure to deal with. The only thing is that I did not get his name, spoke with a slight American accent. We were at the store about 10:00 Saturday. We will be back as we need a metal decor screen. Thank you

They are open until 2pm on a Saturday which was perfect for me. The range of products was surprising! The staff member was very helpful and carried my purchase to my vehicle. Inside the building there was plenty of space and well signed. Plenty of parking, too. Very impressed!

Firstly the product was on sale at half price.! Ordering and pick up easy and product looks and works beautifully!

The service and the knowledge and sheer helpfulness at the Mandurah store was outstanding. I just purchased some polycarbonate sheeting and a few other pieces but was astounded by the treatment and wise advice. They know their stuff. Blake and another gentleman at the store could not have been more helpful. Reminded me of what hardware store used to be like before “warehouses”.

I ordered two patios that have been delivered and built over three weeks ago with the promise of a free smart tv. I’ve had no end of excuses as to why I haven’t received the bonus promised - no one seems to know how to process this except to say it’s not their issue it’s the construction companies issue - the construction have tried to get some information but nothing has happened yet. Very disappointed to hear, when I called to get some information that they couldn’t talk to me (the one who paid the money and made the order) because I was not their customer the construction company was. Not dealing with Stratco ever again…poor customer service.

Picked up some gear from Stratco and the whole experience was solid as. Had a look at their sheds and patios — heaps of options and the quality’s top notch.

Spoke to Steve at Caboolture Stratco regarding a roller door opener that was not working properly. Even though it was just over two weeks out of warranty it was agreed to have it replaced. The process was smooth and polite. I will be a returning customer

I ordered 2 sets of boltless shelves for my garage. They arrived on time with no issues and I am very happy with them. Very sturdy and they look nice. Very good quality and very reasonably priced. The instructions were not clear but I was able to make them myself quite easily by looking at an image of one of them.

Great product, fast delivery

Online ordering process is seamless and very responsive and staff are very communicative. Delivery date was promptly advised and delivery took place exactly as promised.

Harvey and I are extremely impressed with the customer service we have experienced at the Mandurah store since we both relocated to Ravenswood from Perth to start up a new business venture.

We have both had successful building companies in the past and dealt with many different suppliers.

This is the first time for both of us dealing with Stratco. That said, we have both been pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service offered in this store.

All the team members at this particular branch have truly shown what customer service really stands for.

Chelsea is extremely delightful and pleasant to deal with and her product knowledge is second to none.

We were both really impressed with her ability to locate our order and operate the forklift and load our trailer with such ease.

And Nicole, today she stopped everything that she was doing just to help me design and order a custom flashing.

Like I said, the whole team at this particular store are extremely professional and know their products. They can’t wait to help you as soon as you walk through the door.

Abhishek was very helpful and knowledgable with what we required (8m x 5m freestanding patio) will continue to use Abhishek for future purcases as he was also very freindly and obliging

I have purchased a Stratco shed I am currently waiting for.
Stratco were a slightly more expensive option than comparable quality sheds, but they assured me they had a delivery time of 7-10 days.
I am under severe time pressure to get the shed built, and delivery time was the deciding factor. I hadn't planned on getting a shed until next year, but an unexpected change of circumstances has made it an urgent priority.

Customer service was very prompt whilst ordering the shed, and they were very friendly and helpful.
After ordering on 28.7 I was emailed on the 29.7 and given a delivery date of 4.8. Perfect! I immediately arranged for a family member to come and help me construct it on the 10th and 11th of August.
On the 30.7 Stratco called and told me due to an issue with getting the gutters, delivery would not be until the 19.8.
I requested the gutters be manufactured and sent on separately. I offered to pick up the gutters instead of having them delivered as long as the shed itself was delivered on time.
Stratco were polite and sympathetic, but made it clear there was absolutely no way my shed could be delivered before the 19.8. Due to optional gutters.

My family member who was coming to help me is now not available until mid-September. I do not have the skills to quickly DIY it myself without potentially comprising build quality.

I could have saved a few hundred dollars and gone with a company with a longer lead time. I have no idea how I am going manage without the shed I needed up and working by the 21st of August.

I get that a two week delay is probably not a big deal to a big company. But when you're dealing with limited time and a tight budget, it is very frustrating to have a company give you a date and then backtrack on it once you have already made plans. Especially when they say it is because of an optional item you could happily have added later.

I may update and improve this review based on the shed delivery and how the quality is.

For now, stressed and shed-less.

Had a delivery today by Richard delivering my new roof. He went above and beyond and new his stuff. He had a tight spot and a big load. Deserves a payrise Thx Richard
